    Angry complaint against airtel for unnecessary charges

    hi i am using airtel for a long time. in starting company's impression on me was good but later on they charge me for the services that i did not even hear. my airtel mobile number is 9915922252

    first of all i was using airtel NOP. After 4 - 5 days they charge me twice or thrice a day for NOP. then i stop using airtel NOP service.

    now a few days ago company charges from me 10rs and give me a message that "Thanks you for using airtel matrimony alert" After 2 days again they charge me 30rs and give me a message that "Thank for using airtel text based subscriptions."


    when they charge me for this matrimony alert and text based subscriptions i was in my college attending my computer lab.

    later on they automatically activate service called airtel radio and charge me 30rs again. till then i never hear about this service from any of my friend or from any medium.


    now from 3 weeks company charges from me 30rs per week for this airtel text based services.

    i want to get rid from this service please help me to get rid of this unnecessary charges. please help me.

    Default Airtel cheating the common man

    dear sir

    I have been using Airtel 9892539918 since few years.
    every now and then they deduct money for the services which I never asked, activated or subscribed for.

    on 26th February 2010, at 17:21:34 they send SMS saying, "dear customer . you have subscribed India TV Baba Ramdev health pack.you have been charged Rs.5 . to deactivate dial505484884 sender 543212."

    I never asked them to subscribe it.

    before that , they activated me for some thing called JOB online services ..with similar message.

    before that astrology,before that hello tune...endless services which I never asked for.

    in this process I was going on losing money.

    this kind of cheating business should be stopped.
    government should take strict action against mobile companies indulging in this kind of illegal money making spree.
    no unwanted SMS should be send to the customer.
    if the customer needs any service, let him ask for it.

    this is really cheating.
    if we ask them to deactivate some thing which is done, they do that . but next day they come out with some thing else. is it not cheating?

    why AIRTEL needs to cheat people and make money illegally?
    its chairman should answer the public.

    Dear Sir/Madam,


    I am MAHALINGAPPA using Airtel nO.9731305078 from past so manydays,
    this number tarriff is lifetime validity, 0.50 paise/call & 100 msgsfree/day.
    On 28.07.10 I got a msg saying that recharge with 25/- to get FTT, I done so,
    When I msgd someone it's deducting one rupee/msg & call rate is also changed.

    Later on I called to your cc nO. they are not ready to give proper
    information (talked with your exhicutive 'VINOD'). Then he told our supervisor
    will call you within a hour,i waited but dint got any call from your side.
    Today onceagaine i called to your cc (talked with 'KARIBASAYYA') he told that
    it will deactivate on 03.08.evening, will it take this much time to do so ?
    When you are ready to activate in seconds why cont u deactivate in the same
    manner? As a customer i hurted much as iam loosing money.

    please do the need full for activating previous plan as early as possible,
    are else i planned to switch to other network, I hope you will do so.

    Send some emails to your area nodal officer in case the customer care is not providing you any solution.

    Talking Airtel is making money by cheating common people

    Hi

    I am Kundan, day before yesterday I recharged my Airtel with 50 RS. next day I got a SMS that thanks fot choosing Game lounge service and 10 rs has been deducted from my account. Same day in night i got sms thanks for choosing mitti ke rang service and these rascals deducted 30 rs from my balance. now only 1 rs left in my account. when i called customer care I had word with meenakshi and pravin both disconnected my call and now I am trying to call customer but by call is not connecting. When ever I am trying to call Airtel I am getting message that “Airtel main call kerne ke liye shukriya aap ka din mangalmay ho”. Customer care executive said that this service was enabled on your request I didnt ask for any service, and I am only person who use this mobile.

    I know this is the way to earn money by cheating customers.

    Well I decided to change the SIM bcoz we cannot do any thing.

    Angry deactivate the alerts from 5432188

    hai am fed of by u r useless network.U will activate all the alerts automatically and deduct the balence with out my permission.How many times should i compalint u .YOu are sending messages from 5432188 and deducting the balence of 5 for every message .Who said u to activate it?Dont send any of such messages and deduct the balence seriously saying.I dont need any stupid alerts.Dectivate the service immediately and stop sending messages from 5432188 to my airtel andhra pradesh no. 8008459310.Do it immediately.

    Last night I received a sms from Airtel and an amount of Rs.99 was deducted from my account.
    Airtel number : 9987681678 (Mumbai)

    SMS details-

    sender : AD-54321
    sms received at 11:06PM - 14th November 2010 - Jamshedpur(Jharkhand)
    SMS content : "Thanks for downloading Pirates of Caribbean from Airtel and you have been charged Rs.99. Join GamesClub at 'website link'."

    Although I haven't downloaded any such content.
    I tried calling Airtel customer care executive for the same. First customer care executive kept me on hold for a couple of minutes and then disconnected the call, second one said that they don't have sufficient details as this number is in roaming so I will get a call from customer care within 2 hours. I didn't got any calls from them and my problem is still not resolved. Please help me.

    Angry Complaint against Airtel for sending stupid messege (AD-54321) and deducting charges

    Hi

    I am using airtel prepaid connection (cell # 9845576376) from long time. I have received some stupid messeges from (AD-54321) Thanks for activating bla bla bla.............. and deducting Rs.99. Some 5 messege received by giving some messege which i tried to stop by calling customer care * 123 of no use. I asked several time to deactivate this message service but nothing is done so far and whenver i top up my currency this messeges are received and blance reduced to nil.I dont need any sms service and need immediate refund of my money duducted so far.

    Default Airtel charging unnecessarily.

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I, Joseph Nefin, Is an airtel prepaid customer, no. 9633196550 (kerala). Every now and then, Airtel has been cutting money from my account for various services which i don't even subscribe. When i tried to call them they say that i activated the service but they don't have words when I ask them, how did I activate the service like through my sms or my call, after which they disconnect the call.And customers can call customer care only 3 times a day n so after disconnecting the 3rd time they are free till the next day.This is the second time they are cutting money from my account saying that i have activated a value added service(1st time it was 4 months before).Each time they cut money from my account, it is not recredited and hence its like an unlawful ways of making money for them. last reference number I got from customer care 21214745134 and 21214745295 dated 14/12/2011 8:40am.
