Airtel thinks that we costumers are stupid enough to read their apologize and to believe and forget what had happened so that they can continue the same thing again. Or else how can they start a VAS without my knowledge and cut money from my account even after complaining about the same issue 3 times before? Need to take some steps against this unlawful way of making money by Airtel. Consider that this is not me alone who is complaining about this. Please don't use your usual way of replying. I need a perfect reason.
