    Default Airtel charging unnecessarily.

    Airtel thinks that we costumers are stupid enough to read their apologize and to believe and forget what had happened so that they can continue the same thing again. Or else how can they start a VAS without my knowledge and cut money from my account even after complaining about the same issue 3 times before? Need to take some steps against this unlawful way of making money by Airtel. Consider that this is not me alone who is complaining about this. Please don't use your usual way of replying. I need a perfect reason.

    Default Complaint against AIRTEL for renewal of my account

    Hello Sir
    I have been renewed RS 5 daily by airtel, even the customer care is not connecting nor the cmplaints registered in their sites didnt turn to good result. so please help me out from this problem.

    This is the 4th time I am writing on a same issue created by airtel. From 2nd Feb 2012 airtel is deducting money from my account with a message sayin "You have been renewed for CAREER-DAILY GREETING_1.5 subscription service from Airtel"..each time or day when i call customer care they say that this issue will b solved by us soon and you wont have to worry here after but the very next day the same issue starts and its the continuous 4th time.each time when i call them they give me the reference number

    Angry regarding unnecessary charges deducted from phone.

    This is to inform you that we have been renewed every 5th day with all one and other stupid elerts which we have never asked for .our numbers are 9810243977 and 9818094077,tille now we have requested n number of time to airtel for unsubscibing us from them .what they will do ?they will unsubscribe from one eleryt and start 2 more? what kind of cheeting is thi? why airtel is cheeting people with these kind of stupid things?if within few more days all this wont stop i will change my service provider for sure.already in my firm 12 numbers are been used from airtel.Because we are into business we are always on mobiles,thogh we are already giving airtel so many business by talking on there network ,i am surprised still they want more and that even by silly elerts which are of no use and no demand?

    Angry Complaint Against Airtel for unwanted activate VAS

    Hi,
    My Name is Ankur Saxena from Gwalior(MP) and my mobile number is 7415399953.
    Without knowingly airtel will activate any package and say we have activated and deduct amount from my account. When I called customer care executive it tells the date and time of the activation of the package after taking 20 min he told me that he can’t revert money but he can deactivated this service. After 2 days another service is activated and again same reply by CCE. Now this time when i talk will customer care manager, She cut my phone without listen my full problem.
    Still one service(SMS Joke) is activated on my mobile. Please deactivate all unwanted services on my mobile and please revert back my all money.
