I have been Using Post paid connection since Dec 2007 (9740988668) Bangalore. In the month of March 2009 I moved out of Karnataka and I was supposed to stay out for nearly 6-8 months so I called airtel people to disconnect my number. Unfortunately I got a call from one of the executive stating that they would be converting my present CUG 199 Plan to CUG 99 Plan where in my Incoming calls will be free in Roaming and the new Plan was activated somewhere around May 2009. All was fine for 3 months.In Month of August I Did not receievd any bill but I went to Airtel Relationship center and Paid the Bill of 239 rs for the month of July. But still my account is showing 77 Rs as Outstanding. I called customer care executive and he was telling that my number is getting transferred into National account so I had a split billing. But for my Bad Luck when I requested a Bill through SMS. I got the Bill which states my rate plan has been changed back to the Older One. Please guide me what to do. If I am into Old plan then I may end up paying for my Incoming calls.
