I RAJAT KARTIK SHARMA a customer of Aircel company purchased a prepaid connection on
7th July 2009 and submitted all the requisite document along with it(i.e, a
photocopy of Voter ID Card) everything was going on fine till the first month but in
August i received a call from their side that my address is not meeting their
requirementds on contacting their helpline executive told me to submit another copy
of proof i did the same but when i reached at their AIrcel office they instead
disconnected my no. and refused to listen and one of their executive Mr.Pritish
talked very rudely,because of the company disconnectintg my no. i faced a lot of
problem,I even contacted their nodal office but even they didn't gave any response.
