My Reliance GSM sim got rejected one month Back and since then i have been roaming around all the reliance web world in and around Pimpri and Chinchwad.
However i have not got a replacement sim yet...I get arrogant reply from the stores saying that there are no sim available and they are not sure when they are going to get space sim
I am really pissed off with the service of GSM, i have also not heard fron the nodal officer also

I am very old customer of reliance gsm. My number is +919023880139. But now a days i am getting so many problems on my number. I have just called customer care to check why they are deducting my amount then i come to know that two VAS services has been activated on my number.

I don't know how they can activate these services without any confirmation. I need quick resolution on this, otherwise i need to change my operator if i will face same problem again and again.

i m vizit banger and my mobile number is 9017927127. i am using reliance gsm since 1 yr. i have activated night pack in my sim and still they are charging me.last night(17nov2010) they charged me around 40rs without any details.and when i asked customer care they dint give any response they dint even forward my complaint and said you have activated the pack before your last pack expire. but its totally wrong.i have activated it on 14th nov2010 and my last pack expire on 13th nov 2010.and when i asked them why havnt you charged for 15th and 16th your customer care repersentative remains silent.so plz its my humble request to give some positive response.

I am Ashok Jain and my mobile number is 9024644245. I have installed night pack on 19th November and after that also when i call in night, money is getting deducted. When i talk to customer care and reliance world all are giving me different answer.
First they say u have exhaused 300000 sec, i say it is just 3 days how in the world i can do that ? Then they put me on hold and say u have recharged before the end of previous night pack time.
Now I do all my recharge through myservices.relianceada.com website. Hence i have proof that i did not do that. As a proof i am attaching detail over also.

I have acquired reliance number : 9024644245 from long time under the name : Ashok Jain.
I have installed night pack on 19th November but it is not actived. I mean money is still getting deducted while calling after 11pm. When i check with customer care they first say
that you have used all 300000 sec ( around 84 hours), so i say it is not possible as i have passed 3 night after installation. Then they give me another lame reason saying that u have installed the package before the previous package is expired.
I am attaching log from myservices.relianceada site : From this log u can clearly see that i did first recharge on 13 Oct and second on 19th Nov and which has difference more than 30 days.

This is clearly mistake from reliance site. Please look into this issue as soon as early. I am a student and can not give much time for this things. So please resolve it asap.

I have a GSm simcard no.8010240768 which purchased on my friends id proof & on 24.11.10 the outgoiong facility of this sim was barred. So i have submitted my id again to reactivate my sim on my id and to unbarred my outgoing services. But there the executive told that my sim will activate in 48hours. but today is 27.11.10 but the out going facility is now also barred. So what can I do for it?
I M a customer with Prepaid no of 9569825493 chandigarh. In my no. there unrecoganised charges are
charged without any information or consent. As per the call at
customer care they were saying that there is a service activated on
your no. by the name of movie masala. But i dont understand how can
this services activated without any consent or information to customer
and there is not ussage or benifit is to me as i m not aware about
this type of service activated on my no.
I have called to Customer care they are saying that they can't refund this amount.
After this i have lodged complaint to Reliance customer care mail dated. 25/11/2010 but the response is are saying Please note that as per our records OneMovieMasala pack was activated by Renewal process. Hence, you have opted for activation of the pack, waiver cannot be provided.
After this i have asked for the proof for the consent for the plan opted dated 26th /11/2010 but there reply is as follow
In continuation to your e-mail regarding proof of activation of vas pack, we are unable to process your request.
1. The problem is that I was not aware about the plans activated & there is no consent taken from me.
2. Service activated but there is no information given to be that this services is activated on your mobile.
3. There should be written consent from customer.
4. This type of facilities are information are free of cost on internet than why i will go for this.
All I can say this the monopoly and authenicity of Reliance GSM.
