Ø Today on 24-08-2010 there is no signal from 09:00AM to 04:00PM of reliance in the city.
Ø All other networks have the signal and no conjunction except reliance today.
Ø Nobody takes pain from reliance side to correct the problem.
Ø Customer Care representative not attend calls or try to solve.
Ø Everybody complaint that to call on reliance mobile they have to call twice or thrice.
Ø Every time reliance changes the scheme without any intimation.
Ø Before 5 years when I purchase the No. my call rates were 9 paisa from reliance to reliance for life time and then suddenly reliance change 9 paisa to 19 paisa. After some years they again change the plan to 1` without intimation and introduced call cutters. Is this is life tome plan strategy of Reliance?
Ø Every second time I call to BSNL or other network there is no sound from other side.
Ø There is difference in mobile call duration and reliance call duration of 2 seconds. Is this is the way to earn more?
Ø You may conduct survey to find out that these is not my problem but of every user.
Ø When No. Portability facility started Reliance will be the biggest looser of customers if no action taken to make service better.

sir,
I am a regular customer of reliance gsm service from last 6 years. But i dont know why they are deducting 30 rupees from my balance from last 2 months. when i contact the customer care they r telling that u have activated this and that, but i havent activated any of the facilities.In august only they have deducted 30 rupees twice.More over neither they are registering my complain nor they are not returning that deducted balance also.
I m getting irritated by this service and feel helpless.please look into my matter

I have a problem from 22-07-2010. Problem is that Rs. 30 deduct from my account. when I talk to Customer Executive , he told me you have activated Najara pack thru R- World. I also told the Customer Executive i didn't activate this pack because Najara Pack is not listed in my R- World menu. Then he gave a complain no. 132591789 dtd 22-07-2010 and he said to me after 48 hrs. problem will be resolved. After calling I also receive a msg from 59111 dt 22-07-2010 msg is “Dear Customer, thank you for contacting Reliance. Your Service Request No. is 132591789. Your request will be resolved in the next 2 Days.” After waiting more than one week problems not resolved. Again I call to Customer Executive he also give a complain no. 133410918 dtd 31-07-2010. but still till date problem is as usual. I talk many times to Customer Executive he/she said your complain is going to our concerned deptt. when ur problem is rectified in our team will call u or msg. But till date I haven't recd call or msg. He also block my no. I didn't call to Customer Executive. I also want to activate DND (Do Not Disturb) Service. Many times to told Customer Executive but he didn't take action. My opinion is very bad for reliance Customer Executive, Everyone telling a lie.

These people simply deduct money. I'm using my borther's number from April and everymonth 2-3 days gap, amount getting deducted default. Complained to customer care, they will raise their own request and close that they charged correctly.

Alomst I lost 1000 rupees. How can I get back, please help me!!

I had recharged on 29.08.2010 of amount Rs. 100.00, after a one local call of 02 minitus only, the main balance showing Rs. 62.76. I am very surprised about it, how it is happen.

After numbes of customer care calling yet not received any positive response from Reliance GSM Service.

I am using Reliance GSM service . On 07-09-2010, I received a SMS which says successful activation of the Cricket Pack which will charge Rs.5 per day but I haven't activated such service from my mobile despite Rs. 5 have been deducted each day. Following are the phases I have been crossed.

1) I raised a complain to the customer care executive and said about the above scenario then he replied that " The SMS you have received is sent by mistake , you have not subscribe such service".
2) My balance has been deducted Rs.5 everyday so I again rang and raised a complain which has complain ID : 136319873 which is supposed to be solved in next 48 hours. Executive said we have deactivated the service and the balance have been deducted will be refunded after 48hrs.
3) Issue have been not solved despite completion of the 48 hrs , I again performed the complaint's follow-up but didn't get the satisfactory answer.
4)I am raising the complain since 10th of sept and parallelly performing the follow-up to the complain but my issues has been not solved and balance is deducted despite I received a SMS which ensures service has been deactivated
5) On 16th I again received a SMS with a new complain ID : 136744463 saying " Your issue will be solved within next 24hrs" but I haven't raised this complain with this new complain ID, I talked to the senior executive Mr. Hemant from Mumbai and he assured that it has been the mistake committed from his team and will refund my deducted from my account. Despite these complains my issue remain at the same situation.

I am really mentally enervated by the customer care executive and their senseless statement because every successive executive puts allegation on previous executive regarding mis-handling of the complain. Every time I got assurance from executive but my complain has been not sorted out despite my sincere efforts to solve this nuisance. Every time I get a new excuse from executive regarding the immense delay in solving the issues.
6) Now again balance has been deducted not refunded to my account and it was said “balance has been charged correctly". I am tired of this series of false and futile statement given from your side. I have all proof as SMS which shows that it was fault fromreliance side and balance has been deducted was 100% improper and rubbish.
7) Finally I have been suggested to visit Reliance outlet to stop this service as they are failed to deactivated the service, they have been realised this after I have been crossed through 14 executives and thier futile efforts to stop this small service and took 9 days to realize this fact. What a awesome service fromReliance? A shameful fact for the Relaince "Karlo Duniya Muthi Me".

I have talked to almost 14 executives but every time I get false promise from their side. I am completely dis-satisfied by these people are :
Sandeep Yadav,Ashok Yadav,Adnan,Mothi,Swetabh,Hemant,Mudassar Qhureshi,Ashok and many more. I forget the names rest one, so unable to mention it.
I want to intimate that the service provided for solving a very less severe issues was pathetic and irresponsible attitude has been showed by the executives. I am going to post this complain on my blogs,forum and twitter as you people are completely worthless and in-effective to solve this issue. The service requires immediate upgardation in the quality otherwise it'll be set-back for the company. It was my prime duty to make aware of these lacoone and finally I am going to post this issue over the internet as I also consider this as my duty to make the crowd of India aware about the usingReliance service is completely Un-Reliable and it is sucking the crowd.

Now Reliance is landed with latest third complain which also does not give any gurantee to be solved as it has been mentioned by the senior executive Mr. Chandrakant. what to do with these rubbish complains..

I belong to Maharashtra.I did not Subscribe any services from my side.Last week I got a message that your subscription for caller tune is renewed and 15 rs deducted from my account.I called customer care executive and told them my problem.The response from their side is totally ridiculous.i name of the call center executive is priyesh, he told me that the amount is non refundable.I told them to transfer the call to any other executive, he totally refused to transfer the call and hang up the call.
