I Ankit Roy hving the mob.no-9015224035,had taken connection 5-7 months ago,that ws life time,but from the last 2-3 months iws nt using that,2-3 days ago i found it as unregistered,My alternate mob.no is-9818294331.Plz. registered it as soon as possible......

i have taken reliance connection few day before in jharkahand, and facing many network problem always network busy signal is there and i cant connect any call before 15 to 20 times attempts its really disgusting and im very unhappy with this and want to switch to other operator as i guess AIRTEL is best for the time being can i complain in any other ways so the my problem is taking seriously im very much unsatisfied with this service

if i kept my reliance sim in my mobile it is showing that it is unregistered what to do.

hi im jimnath im using reliance GSM sim for last 8mnth or so. .but today (28/03/2010) after 11pm there is no network signal in my mobile, i tried with other sim (airtel) it was showing full range. .which means the reliance network was gone. . how can u b so careless. .My sim is not damaged because wen i tried to search network i could find all others except relance.. . so please do the needful. . 9590654203. . I ve facing my many problems inmy RELIANCE GSM Prepaid connection from the date of purchasing , first of the network is not proper working.. But before two days my number is not Working. Not it is barred and the customer care is saying it is due to not submitting ur ID ( identification documents) but i have submitted two times my documents for that connection.....

SO plz take some strict action for solving my problems,,,,
so it makes ur proper customer services.

I have taken New No of Reliance GSM One month before, i submitt require documents( 2 times ) but after 10 days today 09.04.2010 my number got blocked. for activation i was complant in call center. they Said U should contact with Dealer or go R World Which u Can Help with Activate Your Cell No 09861967447 . as i am facing a lot of problums as incoming is also blocked... please do the need ful and activate my number as soon as posible... please inferm me that who is responsible behind this problum... and try to avoid any such problums..... neelesh mishra

My name is Arvind Tiwari,I have bought a SIM on 10th of April 2010 from (RELIANCE MOBILE STORE, SHOP NO. 12 & 13, AMAR ARCADE, OPP. POST OFFICE, HADAPSAR PUNE 411028 ) but the sim is expired.They promised me that I will get balance of 50 INR and a scheme in which i can talk for 3 mins in 1 Rs will be activated.
Now when I am calling to that store most of the times no body is picking up the call and if some one picks then some times he doesn't respond properly and some times he disconnects in between.
I talked to the Owner/Manager of the store(His name is sudhir and contact no. is 9373331080),he told me that the issue will be resolved till the evening of 12th April 2010,but issue still exists.
When I tried to call again he is disconnecting the call and sometimes he is not picking up the call.
This is simply disgusting...I am surprised that a manager can behave like this with the customer.
I am writing the complain in the hope of that the issue will be resolved and I will get the balance which I was promised by them.
Kindly take appropriate action against this case so that they can't sell their expired cards to the customers and make them fool.
I am really very unhappy with this kind of service.

Reliance had deactivated outgoing services of my sim-08100697767....then it reactivated outgoing....after some time it again deactivated both outgoing and incoming facilities.The reason for it is not known yet and my sim is completely blocked now.My documents are alright but they say that they had called for verification and that either i was busy or didnt recieve their call.Kindly fix this problem because i am facing a great deal of problem because of this.

I received a message on 17-05-10 on my mobile no. 9907019905 mentioning that my request for value added service "Find A friend" has been renewed for 30 days on expense of Rs. 49 which were instantly deducted from my account. I had never never subscribed for such a service and i faced the same problem 1 month ago after which i talked to customer care executive and deactivated this service(which i never subscribed). But the recurrence of the same problem every month is quite embarrassing and also a financial loss to me. It shows the inability and incompetence of Reliance Smart Service Executives in addressing the problems of their valuable customers.

I want this service to be deactivated as soon as possible along with refund of my deducted balance. Kindly look
into the matter.
