my no is 8882304263.i had talk with your reliance officer today around 5.15pm 20-01-2012.regarding my complain of sms pack of rs 26 which was wrong charged from your end.you people telling me to get your call detail so that it get clear for you for what your amount is got deducted.when its clear that my amount is wrong charged from your end regarding sms pack then why you people not refunding my amount.me having every confirmation sms regarding my problem an over that you saying we cant access your personal detail for what your amount is deducted.its clearly a stealing of money.when you people are not having detail then who gona have the details tell me that.if amount is not deducted for sms pack then for it got deducted tell me that then.an still 198 no not getting.i visited every every were call your nodal desk still no output.its clearly stealing of money.i want full explanation about this.me having every detail through sms.if amount for sms pack wrong deduction is not done then for what my amount got deducted.over that when me suppose to clear something to your reliance officer i didnt remind the name of her.she just disconnect the call.so i request you to refund my amount an solve my problems.

My mobile no 9835320961 I had 27+ rupees in my mobile by 1pm. But after sending one MMS balance deducted and balance become rs 19+ but at around 6pm after making a call I found my balance rs 9+. When I call customer care call was DC first time CE name DILIP and after that I call again CE name Anita and she transfer the call to her senior and the guy when talking with me dc the call. Tough I could hear him that time and I told him repeatedly that I can hear you but he dc the call.


Is this the service we expect for this reputed company?

Please return my balance else I will like to not to use reliance further

Following are my complaints.

1- Reliance unncessarly uploaded CricketMania services and flood my sms box creating difficulty in finding the important SMS . I HAD NEVER SUBSCRIBED FOR THE SERVICES. THEY DEDUCT 49 RS MONTHLY FROM MY ACCOUNT.

2- Reliance very frequently subsctibe music services. I HAD NEVER SUBSCRIBED FOR THE SERVICES.

3- Every 2-3 months they load caller tune on my mobile without my permission and charge for it . The songs the upload are so irritating and image damaging that it embarras me in front of my relatives , friends and office collegue. "NOWDAYS thier is a joke in my office that call my number to listen songs when free". They laugh and suggest to get rid of Reliance .

4- I get daily 10 calls from the phone numbers 1409305311/ 9580098/ 1401309125 /56694624/296 1409806592 etc : etc; ( Even on sunday morning ./eveninf / afternoon ) while I am resting. These calls are for advertizements . You cannot ask for do not disturb services as numbers are changed after every 10- 15 days.

5- As soon as i charge my account Rs 100 + get deducted for the services i never subscribed.

6- Thier are many Jokes serVices / Astro services/ Health care and blah blah get subscribed "AUTOMATICALLY"and you never know were to unsubscribe them.


I suggest reliance people / customer care / Mangement to stop looting people as we all know if you do this to 100000 people on n average of 30 rs a month you earn lotof money .

Your marketing people to achieve whatever targets they r assigned are using this immoral and non buz. tactics .

I am recharge a 3g Net pack in costumer smart no-9778054382,dtd- 9.04.12 8.23P.M.My account was debited but not successful in costumer mobile num.On 10th April i call costumer care and talk Mr Manoj he told me my balance returned in 24 hour.But my balance not refund to till date.After till date i called every day 2 times to costumer care but not satisfied answars.What can i do now ?

I like to inform you that I got an automatic recharge of SMS pack activated in night at 1AM without any informatiom & when I called to customer care in the morning at 8:43 for a refund Reliance customer care executive (Sandeep) told me that its is not possible to make refund.
I like to know that when these people activated SMS pack of 39Rs. without any intimation or information then why not refunding my money.
According to me it is a delibarate effort or a company's policy to harrass the customer by cheap activitivities.

OR YOU SUGGEST ME TO CHANGE THE SERVICE PROVIDER.

My mobile no-9861733459 taken from Jaypur,Dist-Koraput,State-Odisha.After taking a new conection of 4 days it was shiwing baraed.When visit with Retailer and Distributer It was ok.But after 6 days same thing happened. This time I earned a bad experience with reliance gsm sevice both in Retailer n Distributer level.
Kindly make this complain through.
