Angry VODAFONE complaint -outgoing barred due to fault at their end

As I write this complaint, Vodafone customer care had put me on hold for 32 minutes. And still no response. I just hung up.
My outgoing was barred for no reason by vodafone on Aug 26th. My credit limit is 3000 rupees, outstanding and unbilled amount as of now together are less than the 3000 rupees credit limit. My outstanding amount is due only on Sept 5th, which is next week. Still, Vodafone barred outgoing two days back saying I exceeded credit limit. Since it was obvious that the people working for Vodafone cant do basic math, I decided to help them. And spent hours calling them so many times. They admitted it was their mistake on their end and promised to restart my outgoing services last night (aug. 29) within 2 hours of receiving my complaint. I have called them thrice today (service request number 1073339784) and outgoing isnt active yet. It has been almost two days since I started calling them. I have even visited thier store in Vashi, but no use. Emails to vodafonecare.mum@vodafone.in have gone unanswered. I have been out on hold by their executive for 32 minutes and I had to hang up as I am at work. Is there any solution to this mess? Please guide me on how I can go about filing a lawsuit against them, since I have them on record saying that the mistake is at thier end and not any fault of mine.

I think Vodafone wants to close down and they are forcing all their customers to move to other services. Otherwise I don't see why they are behaving so horribly to customers.

I don't know what devious mind can invent a recorded message that plays for a full 2 minutes before an outgoing call in 3 different languages. I think some big guy in Vodafone has taken money from competitors to destroy Vodafone's reputation and credibility.
