    Default Complain against BPL Mobile

    I am Raushan Kumar from Technohub Solutions. I have got a
    postpaid connection of Loop Mobile formerly known as BPL Mobile in the month
    of January 2008 - 9870091717. Its been almost 1 year 8 months from the first
    day of subscription I am getting calls from several number asking for Mr.
    Binod (who owned the number early to my subscription-this information given
    by BPL customer care). I have complained this to Loop Mobile several times.
    Its really a mental harassment to me.

    My question is why BPL provided me the number which was
    inactivated just before few days due to which I am getting this kind of
    problem. This is a humble request to look in to this matter and I really
    need some compensation of this and also I need to replace my number with all
    the existing services offered to my numbered.

    Dear Mr. Kumar,

    First of all, send your complaint to the nodal officer and the nodal officer will have to provide you solution within 10 working days. If he fails to do so you can forward your complaint to the Appellate Authority of the Co. You can find the contact details of Nodal officer and Appellate Authority from the Website of the concerned Co.

    Angry harassment loop mobile

    Loop mobile

    I had subscribed for Loop Mobile No 9870010080 as a post paid customer and was assured that i can migrate to prepaid after 2 billing cycles. I cleared all my dues and after 2 billing cycles I applied to migrate to prepaid. I went to Loop Mobile Gallery at Fort Mumbai.I was given the form and told to submit certain documents. The next day I filled up the form and took the required documents. Then they ask for the original passport and the original PAN card for verification. The very next day I provided them with the same and was told that my No. will be converted to prepaid in a few hours.My no. was converted to prepaid by the evening and I went and refilled it. As soon as the cheque of my second bill as a post paid customer was cleared from my bank my out going call where bared. I have visited the gallery 3 times after that, every time they assure me that my outgoing will started within 2 hours.It has been 3 days now and my line is still not started. They Loop mobile assist people say that my documents have been rejected as there was no dealers stamp on it.I had taken the form from Loop Mobile Gallery Fort It is their duty to Affix their stamp, and if my application is rejected then why am I a prepaid customer now?. The application was to migrate to prepaid and if that is rejected then I should continue as a post paid customer. I am fed up of visiting their gallery hence this complian. Can you Do something about it?

    my message service is showing unavailable. i called to customer care but no response and its creating lot of problem to me. please tell me asap, i cant send any messages now and its very important dat iam missing out please give me solution of this problem.

    Default complaint for bpl sim

    i bought a sim yesterday and was told that it will be active within 8 hours but it is 32 hours now and till now it is not started.my bpl no.9773590660.
    the no i m using right now is +919907622800
