On dated 05.08.09 tata indicom debited my balance jst steted by sms stating "As per your balance, you have been subscribed to welcome tunes" without any previous information and and this unwanted welcome tunes(not subscribed by me at any time) are autorenued and Rs.10 for song selection (no song selected by me.)
This is done without my perior authorisation i want my refund back in this above said matter
