I have a complain against the company / dealer / vender. I have purchased a GSM sim card in udaipur 2 weeks ago of reliance My RSN no. is 8991191460000453461 and mdn no is. 09509702254. first of all this no. is already alloted to somebody else than why the same no is given to me. The very first day I insert the sim in my phone it say sim card registration is failed. and now the vender is saying that he can't do anything about this. Now you guys having my ID and my money. I want my money and ID back. and if such kind of treatment provide in reliance than I refer my friends to not to go for reliance.

why does bsnl charged me for backup service when I already asked for unsubscribe the dervice before due date my no is 9414607983. I have got a sms from BSNL ( 56505 ) "Dear phone backup subscriber, your monthly subscription pack will be renewed on07-08-2009. To deactivate send UNSUB to 58989." on 04/08/2009 at 3:40 PM. and I send sms UNSUB to 58989 on the 04/08/2009 at 9:24PM and got the confirmation at the same time. than why you guys charged me Rs.30/- INR. I want my money back. pls do the needful.

1. 600618 complinat is one month later . the costmer officer is said to me the problem solve out,
but i have no any conformation , no sms, no back call relly i m very much disopented.
the proble is still going on my sim.
so plz solve my problem soon as possible.

i have a bsnl no. 9414513611. i m getting regularly unwanted calls and sms from bsnl network,i have called at bsnl custmor care so many time but unwanted calls and sms still coming,i cant leave this sim,please take an action very soon

i am an engineering student.i purchased bsnl and the result is that i missed 3 job opportunities coz of this awful connection.what is our government doing?BSNL(bhai sahab nahi lagega)is the most worst coonection in india.our government aims at giving the best services.we pay taxes nt to get services like this.this is a shame on the entire government.today,i didnt get connection since past 8 hrs so m reporting this complaint.if u have some respect for the customers u r actually fooling around,plz for god's sake do somethng.

my cell number is 9428805401 and since 3 months they charging 28 rs and one time 12 rs for changing a song i dont know how they charge me without any request and when i called to customer care, that fellow inform me that you will get those amount credit back to you with in 48 hours, instead of getting back debit amoount again today i got a msg and that ur charged 28 rs for song renewal........... i feel in biggest TELECOM COMPANY OF India is a biggest cheater.
