Dear Sir/Madam,
This is my complain regarding the inconvenience faced,loss of time and energy due to the misleading information given by the BSNL customer care service.
I had new sim after portability services.I inquired the customer care service regarding the recharges available for STD talktime.He said 135 and 248 for 400 mins and 900 mins respectively.I did recharge of 248 from BSNL OFFICE,VADODARA only to find later on that this is only for local calls.
This has caused lot of inconvenience.
I, thereby request you to either refund my money or make it for STD calls say 135 recharge two times and balance can be returned.
Your urgent help is required.
