    Dear Sir,

    In spite of clear direction for not interested for any services the bsnl is routinely deducting Rs. 30/- per month from my talk time.
    Last month we contacted to the customer care who assured for no recurrence of such illegal and arbitrary action but this month same happened,
    In spite of clear direction for not opting for the services your action tantamount to deficiency of service
    Please remit the sum by crediting talk time value of Rs 30/-

    please stop all the unwanted sms received on my mobile no. +919435330779 mostly that comes from the no. 55888020,55888015,BV-OVRSEA.A sum of Rs.100/ has been realised from my bsnl mobile bill for the month of September'2011.

    Default Sim problem

    Sir,

    i, subrata basak a customer of cell one, my number-9433469777. Unfortunately my sim is not working since 14.10.11. As per customer care suggestion, send my wife to bsnl office of barasat with necessary documents and a authorised letter on 15.10.11., but the sim not given to her. My important telephone no. Is stopped still now. I am in a helpless situation. I have to absent my office only for to collect the sim. This is your customer care.

    Wink wrongly deducted Rs8/- every week

    sir.my cellone mobile no.is 91-9415150413 & i have not subscribed any paid service but every week deduct Rs.8/- latest 31.10.11 & 24.10.11 & sms received "thanks for using subscription service you have been charged Rs8 at 06:32 pm on 31.10.11"from no.-556781008........ so please imediate stop this service & refund my wrong deducted amount........mohd.alam

    Default Neglect in providing service on buying bsnl student plan sim

    Sir ,
    i prasanta kumar das beg to state that i bought a sim of bsnl(9438552838) from the bsnl sim sellers who came to u.n (auto) college of sc and tech college campus on 29th oct.2011.according to the company crieteria of student plan sim , i submit all documents and paid rs 60/-.they told that rs.25/-will be credited tomorrow.but still now i am not getting that amount.i call costmer care center and i got response that they dont recharge amount..sir i need ur help and please take some action on this matter.i will be obliged .

    dear sir.

    I got a message from +55888020 that 'Rs.20 charged. Thanks for using our Cricket Service. Your service has been renewed for next 30days' I didn't tell you to renew start or renew the cricket service every months doing the same...... do you have any possible way to stop this setup.....

    hope you will do the neccessary or guide me what i should to stop this.

    Default plz take action against the worst service.

    Hi,

    I am 5 years old BSNL mobile customer.
    Since last 3 months I am experiencing the worst service of BSNL.
    Not getting range even at a single place.
    Each and every caller is not audible to me at point of station.
    Always having late delivery and reception of messages.
    I asked for the same to Customer care but no action is taken by BSNL.
    I was very faithful with BSNL before; but now I have only one way to get out of this problem is to switch the network.

    Kindly focus on this issue take proper action AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
    Expecting quick deed at least for this time.

    Default complaint for network coverage

    Dear sir,

    I am facing the problem of Network Coverage in my house since last seven days. when i have to call from mobile, it is compulsorily required for me to go to out side my house.
    during last six days, i have offenly contacted your executives on customer care no. 123 but no body care for customer. lastly at 9.17 p.m. i have contacted your executive Mr. Chatur Parmar, customer care service, Ahmedabad. when i requested him to provide me the e-mail id of cell one complaint he denied and informed me that as per our office order, we can not give the e-mail address to any person.

    you are, therefore, requested to look into the maatter and arrange to solve my problem at an earliest and requested to take necessary action for this kind of misbehavior with customer

    Default Receipt for post paid Cell one Bill

    I have paid Rs. 544/- on 13-04-2012 through my SBI account APHTD-7397331641B08290820, WHICH HAS BEEN TRANSFERED TO CELL ONE ACCOUNT 31014931092. But I have not received any receipt so far. My cell No is 9490470476, and account No.507158751. This receipt is required to submit to my Office

    Post distrubance calls and messages.

    I am using the present BSNL number morethan 10 years. At present my mobile phone is unncessarly causing distrubance to me by companey/business messages and also calls. I vexed with the mobile thiese type of unessary calls and messages. Except this activities the service is very best to me. Hence my suggestion/
    reqpuest not to allow these type of messages / calls by forwarding to the customers. Other wise the customers will lost their pacency and go another options. Thanking you.

    Default Activation of Vastu Service without permission and without any request Mb.No.9416225460.

    Sir,

    It is regretted that bsnl is renewing "Vastu Service" without any request from me and without my permission. It is renewed without activation of the service. I never requested to activate this service and I have not even received any message regarding the activation of this service. The service is being renewed every fortnight and a charge of Rs.10/- is deducted every time from my mobile account. A total sum of Rs.50/- have been deducted so far upto 27th May, 2012.

    Please make arrangements to stop bsnl from renewing this service on my mobile and to refund the deducted sum of Rs.50/- (Rupees fifty only) immediately

    Sir,
    with reference to the subject mentioned above,it is submitted that without our request add tone
    In this respect ,i have made several requests in writing but the correction has not been made so far. Therefore it is again requested pl remove the tone from mobile No. 94600339334. Please take a look in this concern.
