    Default pathetic services of airtel

    Airtel mobile services are the most pathetic services I have ever
    experienced….. I have converted my corporate connection to a personal
    connection (9987500031)in last week in June and by giving all the required
    documents . after confirming that all the documentation and verification is
    over and there will be no issues they first disconnected my number in first
    3 days and then when my ex company employees spoke to to the higher
    authorities , the same was started again . I was very skeptical about using
    the same no but still I though that they have confirmed so there should be
    no issues in future . I also paid all the unbilled amount well in advance to
    avoid any surprises…. As I am traveling most of the times ….today in the
    afternoon again I got to know that ,my cell was disconnected with out
    informing me ….or even sending an sms . after numerous tries I got thru the
    postpaid call center and they told me that the system is migrated and hence
    they do not have any info on my account …..i had to send some one to visit
    the showroom personally to check as I had no medium of communication and I
    get to know after 1 hr being there that thre is some issue with transfer …
    god know how the airtel is functioning …it is ridiculous ….if airtel
    customer care ppl have any answer to this then call me on 9820612801 or

    Dear Mr. Prateek,

    First send your complaint to the nodal officer and the nodal officer will have to provide you solution within 10 working days. If he fails to do so you can forward your complaint to the Appellate Authority of the Co. You can find the contact details of Nodal officer and Appellate Authority from the Website of the Reliance Telecom.

    Unhappy Pathetic services of Airtel

    Its shocking the fall in quality of Indias largest mobile operator AIRTEL.They have no signal in my office for the last two months and this has caused huge business loss as mine and my colleagues numbers are more than 10 -12 years old.We have been embarrased by our cleints from all over the country overseas who have only our mobile numbers.
    We are sick of talking to their helplines where virtually illiterate youngsters make robotic replies and give you a compalint number.
    Airtel has grown too big and have no concern for old loyal customers of 12-13 years. For the last three months several phone calls and written complaints have been sent to them repeatedly for about almost 10 mobile/internet and landlines in our office Oasis Excursions 2 Hauz Khas Village, Ground Floor N. Delhi 16.with zero success.What a callous attitude.The list of complaint numbers is too large and the number of letters to nodal officer(totally inefficient).Sorry Mr Sunil Bharti Mittal . You were a role model in this sector but now you are beginning to falter !!! Next time i see you brother Rajan in the badminton court in Siri Fort Sports complex i will tell him on his face !!     I am sorry to say that despite your reference number 40543458 and your commitment of

    Our team is working on the same and the request will be resolved by 13-DEC-2010 11.30 AM.

    I am ashamed and disappointed by the poor and horrible track record of Airtel service as it is exceeding more than one week now.

    CORRUPTION by Corporate India had broken the backbone of Customer Service in India as if they can bribe Politicians so why to see and look towards Customer complaints.

    In case of delay and poor service the Companies must be heavily penalized .
