    Dear Sir,



    I am an old customer of Vodafone, (vodafone earlier known as Hutch, and before that
    known as Essar), and my mobile No. is 98114-70767. I am using this number for the
    last 7-8 years and I am overall satisfied. Though I know Airtel provides better
    services to their customers and with more respect, I am emotionally attached to my
    number and also emotionally attatched to Vodafone, thus never thought of changing my
    service to Airtel.



    I regularly get irritating calls from Vodafone cust care but i politely decline
    their sales call.



    Today, one gentleman, who said his name was Harpreet Singh, called me for a sales
    call from Mobile no.s - 9999263529, 97110005027 but i politely declined his calls.
    The third time he called, i said - i have requested you twice not to call me and
    bother me when I am at my office, it sounds like you need rash words to stop calling
    me, and he in turn activated a Promo Pack activation and sent some 15-18 SMSs
    confirming that my request has been accepted and will be activated in 48 hours.



    This shows the CHEAP and unprofessional methods of marketting that Vodafone is using
    to sell products and they have NO RESPECT at all for their customers who politely
    turn away their sales call.



    I am feeling hurt with the act of Mr. Harpreet Singh (what he said his name is) and
    I am also hurt of knowing what Vodafone does for their customers. I might be a small
    customer but if Vodafone does not mend their ways, they will soon fall into a pit
    created by themselves.



    My request to Vodafone is plz find better ways to win customers' heart and not cheap
    methods and my request is - hire a staff that respects your customers and not hurt
    them.



    My request to Consumer Court is if Consumer Court can find a way that i am not
    treated and hurt this way for future. Plz help.

    Dear Mr. Bal,

    First send your complaint to the nodal officer and the nodal officer will have to provide you solution within 10 working days. If he fails to do so you can forward your complaint to the Appellate Authority of the Co. You can find the contact details of Nodal officer and Appellate Authority from the Website of the Vodafone Co.
