I had a number with Airtel : 9987627456. I never used to get coverage where I live. They didn't do anything after I reporting the issue so many times. At the end of the month, I get a bill which I didn't think I should be paying because I never used the service. I disputed and contacted them thousands of times, all they did was said that will Check on it and call back but never received any call back. It has caused me so much of mental stress and then I went to a Vodafone store and got a new number. And now because a payment is pending, they are calling all the people I have contacted and telling them they will bar their number ( if they are with airtel ) and being very rude with them. I want to sue them for all the mental trauma and all the losses I had to bear because of no coverage.

Dear Sir/Madam,
It is my pleasure to use the services of airtel since last eight year but I think it is right time to abandon it. Because the people those who are made customer care executives are purely rude, unresponsive ill mannered having no knowledge whatsoever. I have talked to customer care at least 20 times but failed to ascertain the real cause of my outgoing barred problem of phone no - 8127356491. Though on my own I have submitted the adrress proof documents at airtel office of Aliganj Lucknow on 8th of June 2012 but of no use.

Very Bad Experience Hi Airtel,
This Adnan Mulla I am a very regular customer of Airtel since last 4.5 years, but I think it is right time to abandon it Or Port it. I was running very smoothly with the service, But this month i have faced a very very BAD EXPIRENCE with the service Even the agents sitting at 198 service are too rude and gives very pathatic service, the issue started when i call 198, when my recharge code was not visible, the agent first told his name as SHREENIWAS, we stared the issuee, we had a call till 2.3 mins, the final words which the agent told was "WE CANT HELP YOU SIR". At last we had some querral, the agent abused me when again i asked his full name, He changed name and gave it as kishore. And he therented me that he will barred my number, and he did It. but later i reqvested the supervisor he unbarred my number. Then futher the week when smoothly, but yesterday 26th June, 2012 at 7 PM my sim got bloked, nothing can be done with it, no sms, no calls etc. And today also it is bloked I called 198 again from my friends number and the information I got from the agent was, the sim is blocked due to "DOCUMENTS NOT SUBMITTED". Tell me one thing this issue didnt occur since 3.4 years then why suddenly??? And if it is as per Government Policy, Why didnt AIRTEL informed me about this. This was a very disgusting and pathatic service i faced . This I didnt expected from Airtel. And I please request you to see in this matter and give a good responce.

Regarding the SMS card providing by Airtel Dear Sir,
I am an airtel prepaid user.My name is swati chilongia.I want to tell you about worst service providing by Airtel.On my mobile number I have taken a service of national roaming card of Rs.85 on 2nd July 2012 but I can't avail that service till now i.e 4th July 2012.I am continuously calling at airtel's call center but the call was disconnected before it reached to customer care executive.I am calling them since 2nd July 2012 two times they received my call and failed to give me any satisfactory reply.First they told me your service is not started and after that they replied that the service is started now but when I send the message the balance will be deducted from my main balance instead of the message card balance.Kindly look into the matter and resolve it, it's my humble request to you.

Malpractices in Airtel Broad band Upgrading the customers to yearly plan without confirmation and then
disconnecting the connection for dues not paid.
Dear Sir Madam ,
This is to bring to your notice how your company is troubling new customers ,
I had taken a new Airtel broad band connection on 25th July , 4 MBPS and 30 GB .
within a few days I got a message saying 80% of my data limit has been used up
so I called up your service center to get it increase to a 150 GB limit plant .
Now on 1st of september , My internet services we CUT , I was getting the message that I need to pay
my bill , Surprised that they had cut the connection without sending the Bill , I chose the online payment
Plan and another surprise , it was showing I need to pay 24,000 rs to resume services .
Shocked I called up your service center and was told that I had been migrated to a yearly package ???
I asked who gave this permission and was told sorry sir , but we TRIED to contact you 15-20 times and since
we could not get through, we upgraded you to a yearly package WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION.
AS IF THE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT ME, EMPOWER THE AIRTEL COMPANY TO ACT ON MY BEHALF, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION ?
Furious I asked them to roll it back to monthly plan immediately ,but was told,,
:Sorry sir we cannot roll back a yearly plan as the billing has already been done ".
So if you want resumption of services you would need to clear your bill .
This went to the escalation desk , where the lady promised to resolve my problem within 1 day ,
but it is 1 week today and no-body has contacted me .?
I find this kind of upgrade to a yealy package without my consent and then disconnecting my connection to be nothing
short of Fraud , and something which is not expected a company of your status to be doing .
I am now tired of calling your service center /escalation desks and waiting for them to call me back ,
I would like you to switch my plan back to the monthly plan which I had requested .
Please note if you do not correct your mistake within the next 5 days , i will be forced to
move the consumer court to expose the malpractices being done by your company .
