    Angry Yet another Inconvenience given by AIRTEL!

    Dear sir/madam,
    Here to inform you about the inconvenience I faced on may 22nd n 25th....It was 21st of may when i just clicked on a link for downloading the game,but then I thought that's not a good idea and just logged of.It took just 2 seconds to log off! and I think thats absolutely insufficient to download a game<cost Rs 99>.The service just deducted Rs 99 from my balance and so I called the customer care and verified about it.They said "You have downloaded the game and so it is deducted".But the next day<i.e. on 22nd> they just stopped my incoming service without my prior permission,and when again I called them,they said that I had made it,but i had not!This was the first case.......The second case was on 25th may's morning.I got a message from the company at 6:37 am that said that You have downloaded a JAVA GAME and again Rs 99 was deducted.But the truth is that,that I was sleeping till 7 am,so how could I download it while sleeping!For en-quiring about it,I again called the customer care where they said the same thing but they stated the time as '6:41:37'.That time I didn't know the sending time of that game-downloading-message and so I didn't argued there,but when I saw the time I called the customer care again,but this time no one received ma call! This way I was cheated!

    I want a transparent judgement and compensation for all the inconvenience I've suffered.Or else if I won't get it then mind you this inconveniences will surely lead you to a great loss someday!

    had recharged my phone for Value 249, which says it will be a full talk time.
    After I made 1 call for 2-3 mins, I started getting messages every 5 mins, each showing some deductions and erduced balanced, without calling anyone.
    I had made n number of calls to all customer care numbers with comlaint number, but use, just got comlaint number and no action.


    You folks are bound to doomed..
    Useless service: could only be from IBM

    Post faulty billing and no heeds paid

    This complaint is regarding my broadband and intrnet connection (tel no 01244267922).Previously I had an IPTV connection for which i gave the request on 1st october 2011 to be disconnected and my services be relocated.I had cleared my previous bills.My new services started on 25th Oct despite your company policy to start services within a week.Now i was sent a bill of 4600 and my services were barred.after speaking to Anshuman at the nodal desk he asked me to pay a sum of 3425 and then there would be no other balance left.aAgain i got the next bill with the amount reflecting as2752.My bill was for 1853(including late fee and dsl usage)Balance is again reflecting.Any calls to customer care are of no use.I was transferred to the billin dept.and Mr.Bhupendra's answer is that he is not concerned whether I pay or not instead of helping me out.Why am i being charged for the late fees always when my problem is not being sorted out.Also the dsl charges are always being added despite request for barring them.I would request you to kindly sort out my extra billing which iam getting since Nov2011.Also the company policy of relocating services within 7 days was not met and cust care says that you have to pay as per company policy whether it is done or not.I hope after this complaint you will sort out my problem as my son works for U.S.and internet not working for25 days has caused a lot of hamper to his workand your company has to Realise this.Kindly sort this ASAP.

    Account has been de-activated by december 2011. Please stop sending e-bills.

    Refer communication below. All dues had been cleared by then. Number not in use from September 2011. Please STOP THE HARASSMENT.

    Sir/ Madam,

    I took Airtel Hyderabad postpaid connection August,2009. My Postpaid connection number was 9000399923. Recently moved to Kolkata due to certain personal problem. Before leaving Hyderabad I have put a request to disconnect my Airtel postpaid number. Now after 4 months they called me and asking for Rs 2700 as a bill. I told them I haven't used the connection after 31st November ,2011( Since I left hyderabad).

    Kavita from Airtel Hyderabad ( 09989193136) calling me everyday and harassing me. She doesn't know how to behave with customer. When i question her about last 3 month bill she is asking to pay Rs 1249( Which is December bill).

    At the time of taking the connection I paid Rs 500 as a security deposit. They told me that they will adjust the amount at the last bill. When I asked about the security deposit she is denying the fact. This is unacceptable. You are harassing a customer and asking for more money.

    Request you to look into this matter urgently.
