Dear sir/madam,
Here to inform you about the inconvenience I faced on may 22nd n 25th....It was 21st of may when i just clicked on a link for downloading the game,but then I thought that's not a good idea and just logged of.It took just 2 seconds to log off! and I think thats absolutely insufficient to download a game<cost Rs 99>.The service just deducted Rs 99 from my balance and so I called the customer care and verified about it.They said "You have downloaded the game and so it is deducted".But the next day<i.e. on 22nd> they just stopped my incoming service without my prior permission,and when again I called them,they said that I had made it,but i had not!This was the first case.......The second case was on 25th may's morning.I got a message from the company at 6:37 am that said that You have downloaded a JAVA GAME and again Rs 99 was deducted.But the truth is that,that I was sleeping till 7 am,so how could I download it while sleeping!For en-quiring about it,I again called the customer care where they said the same thing but they stated the time as '6:41:37'.That time I didn't know the sending time of that game-downloading-message and so I didn't argued there,but when I saw the time I called the customer care again,but this time no one received ma call! This way I was cheated!
I want a transparent judgement and compensation for all the inconvenience I've suffered.Or else if I won't get it then mind you this inconveniences will surely lead you to a great loss someday!
