    Unhappy deduction of money from prepaid acctt wintout consent

    My name is Kashmir Kaur and i am Vodaphone prepaid customer( 9888243283)facing problem due to deduction of money from my account without my consent for services not asked for to provide me.Money disapear as i recharge my acctt. Customer care donot listen and i am completly dishearted.Please HELP.

    Dear Ms. Kaur,

    First send your complaint to the nodal officer and the nodal officer will have to provide you solution within 10 working days. If he fails to do so you can forward your complaint to the Appellate Authority of the Co. You can find the contact details of Nodal officer and Appellate Authority from the Website of the Vodafone Co.
