Dear Concerned Authority,This mail is regarding the excess bill charged on my Post Paid number[COLOR=#49535A !important][COLOR=#49535A !important][COLOR=#49535A !important][/COLOR][COLOR=#49535A !important][COLOR=#49535A !important][/COLOR][/COLOR][COLOR=#49535A !important][COLOR=#49535A !important]9711965422[/COLOR][/COLOR][COLOR=#49535A !important][/COLOR][/COLOR] [/COLOR].
I am really fed up with the nuisance caused by your Customer Care Department.
As per my Plans I was liable to do Free Callings on any one of the Local Vodafone Number.
I wasn't aware of the process and called your CCE soon I got my Services activated.
She asked me the Number on which I want Free Calling and said me the services will be activated soon.
I believed on her and supposed that Services are activated.
But to my wonders that I discovered that no action has been taken.
After few days one of your Executive came to my address for Verification and I informed the same complaint to him.
He understands the problem and connected me to one of your CCE again from his number where I was asked to follow the steps to avail this services..
I followed the Instructions given by her and again she asked me to put my number in the process where I have to put the number on which I want the services to be activated.
Before putting my number I asked and confirmed from her that is she sure about this step because it was my number only[COLOR=#49535A !important][COLOR=#49535A !important][COLOR=#49535A !important][/COLOR][COLOR=#49535A !important][COLOR=#49535A !important][/COLOR][/COLOR][COLOR=#49535A !important][COLOR=#49535A !important]9711965422[/COLOR][/COLOR][COLOR=#49535A !important][/COLOR][/COLOR] [/COLOR].
But at last she realized that she has done a mistake in the same step.
Is this kind of CCE's you have appointed in your Team?
If you want you can check the recordings related to my number.
I went to your Vodafone Shop in Sector 18 where I was asked to draft this mail.
It is to be requested that kindly reimburse the amount on the number 886******* from the bill.
I am ready to pay rest of the amount of my Bill.
Kindly look into matter very seriously and inform me ASAP.

I am concerned about the number 886******* for which I want FNF for the period before 14th August,2011.
Kindly look into the mail very seriously and don't try to make fool of Customers.
Spare some time and go through the issue concerned in a mail.
Have some dignity and respect then only you can expect from others.
Now what else to say,they are not at all concerned to look into the matter and Barred the services on my mobile number 9711965422.
They are creating a Gundaraj as of now.
I am really fed up of the worst services of Vodafone Postapaid Services.
