    Unhappy Complain against the bill & waivers.

    Hi,
    I am Kiran Kumar.M.V with mobile number-9703236161. Every month I am receving the bill for the services which I not availing and I dont require. Regarding this I have visited Vodaphone office-Rajahmundry, met Mr.Praneet, gareema, etc & am requsting for waiver and cancellation of the services which I dont require, unfortunately not much is happening in this front. When I visit the office I get the confirmation from Mr.Praneet that it will be done. It is now more than 15 days I have requested him & from past 10 days I am trying to contact him, he is not lifting the phone. Now kindly suggest me what to do & whome to approach. This month I have not received my bill also still I have gone ahead & paid the bill.

    I'm Naresh Kumar & our mobile #'s are 9811888673 & 9811308673 which is Post paid co-oprate connections. Due to heavy billing amount we wish to change our Post Paid connection to pre-paid connection. Kindly do the needfuly & pls change our Post paid connection to Pre Paid connection.
