this is to inform you that i have bought a idea net setter no.9718605252 on
3.07.2009 and the sales person comitted me all the fraud statement regarding speed
network coverage etc and the advertisement given was also fraud due to this reason i
have to suffer losses of about 19000/ in my share trading buisinessin

further i have talked to the idea cellular official about the complaint they taked
the matter very lightly and make false justification by sending inappropiarate
officials
so please sir please see to it that this my second complaint in the consumer court
and there no one to see it

as i just request you to help me to refund this device
