This is to inform all that I took a post paid connection from Vodafone (Kharghar) Store and they fooled me by giving me a cell phone # which had outstanding balance of
Rs.1000/-. In 2 days my Outgoin were barred and my Blackberry was stopped. I called CUSTOMER CARE and they said that they dont have any information on this and the Executive (Dhiren Shah) infact stated that my complaints wont be HEARD as they receive 1000 complaints everyday.
I also told him that i will lodge a complaint with the Consumer Court and he stated that Consumer Court Sucks and they cannot do anything.
***PLEASE address this issue is because Vodafone is questioning are constitution and the way we run the forum. I have complete faith in Government and I know it will be acted upon.
I am going to discontinue the services and I hope VODAFONE doesnt give me a RUN AROUND again for it.

Dear Mr. Singh,

First of all I would like to suggest you to lodge a police complaint against the dealer for selling you the used connection also intimate the Telecom Co. for the same, for which you have to send a complaint letter to the nodal officer of the Co. You can find the contact details of Nodal officer from the Website of the Co.
