IDEA servies I bought an IDEA connection from an agent of the company. The person tool Rs. 500/- and said that the number would be activated in a day. But now, 2 months have passed, and the number is still not activated. The person I bought the number from does not even have the decency to talk on the phone. I am trying to get my refund but the IDEA cellular executives are just creating a problem and not returning the money. The number has been given to someone else. I even have the receipt and the SIM card.

First send your complaint to the nodal officer and the nodal officer will have to provide you solution within 10 working days. If he fails to do so you can forward your complaint to the Appellate Authority of the Co.
