i have a dolphin number 9868120429...it activated from 16 august...and my problem is mtnl charged me 325Rs for gprs..i also had a complain regarding this service that i dont want that service....with complain number 335068.but they r not listening me,everytime when i called up with this refrence number,they told me u have to wait for generating the next bill....i have charged wrong 2 times bill number 137807650 nd 137939295.....with 492 Rs....


Kindly take necessary action in this regard.

atm my mobile is disconnected without any notice.I will be greatful to mtnl please let me know the outstanding bills.
last time also when I shown my outstanding bills as paid, the service was resumed. everytime I canot go to mtnl
office & get the service started.kindly adjust the paid bills promptly.

Rude employee insulted me on the live call

Thursday 10th Nov,2011 after 11.00pm I had called to MTNL customer care to activate caller tone on my uncle (Sanjay Sawant) no. is 9869549652, & one lady pickup my call so i asked her name shes dont tell me, so its OK.. Then i give her all account information. But she talk with me rudely on call. & end of the call she use bad-words for me. so I request to you pls listen this call & take action as soon as possible.. & give me Feedback..

I want to complain to higher authority of MTNL that this kind off rude CSR are maligning the name of big brand like MTNL

I have trump service for my no. 9969674704. I have lost my sim on 5/9/2011 on 6/9/2011 I had lodge the complain with MTNL office at Borivli (West). As there was no handset with me I had not activated the same till 06Dec 2011. On 7/12/2011 I have given request to call centre on 1503 for activation.
My no. get activated. As I am prepaid customer my earlier balance of Rs. 140/- is showing in my balance account.
Still I can not received call or I can not make a call from this number. Please see that I will get service as soon as possible.
