    Default Disconnecting the mobile connection by tata docomo



    i purchased a tata docomo sim and after about 15 days my sim was blocked by the company due to not submitting the address and identity proof. But i have submitted my photocopy of driving license to the retail while purchasing. When i went to retailler and asked regarding they said that ur documents had already sent and absouletely no problem. If there is any problem still u can go to docomo office and can enquire, i called the customer care office they said to contact distributor office and called them and they said u should go to retailer and that retailer should give ur documents to dealer then only my sim will be activated but the retailers tells it take 5 days if i submit and if u go directly it will take only 1 day and he is refusing to take my documents and i am facing many problems as i am unable to receive calls and this is disturbing a lot.

    I am the resident of hyderabad my name is p.srikanth and i purchased sim in malakpet and the no. is 90301200269. Every one says it is not our responsibility then how can iget connected

    Dear Mr. Srikanth,

    First send your complaint to the nodal officer and the nodal officer will have to provide you solution within 10 working days. You can also submitt your documents again with the nodal officer, to activate your connection.

    If he fails to do so you can forward your complaint to the Appellate Authority of the Co. You can find the contact details of Nodal officer and Appellate Authority from the Website of the Tata Indicom.

    Default lots of probs using TATA DOCOMO

    Hi,
    I've been using TATA DOCOMO since 1 and a half month..initially there was no problem regarding anything but later i've been facing many problems.
    1. call dropping.my every outgoing call disconnects at exactly 2 mins 13 secs.
    2. my handset(NOKIA 3120c) gets stuck again and again when i use docomo whereas when i insert any other sim in the same handset i don hav any probs using it.
    plz give the reasons for the same.

    I got this number and submitted my documents there and then (15th Oct 2009), i was told by my retailer frnd that my documents were submitted y'day (24th Oct, 2009), how can they bar my outgoing in 9 days only....i called the DOCOMO cust care and was been told that the status of receiving documents is negative as the number was switched off during their verification call....as asked me to resubmit again....when i talked to the senior he (Kartik Moppanar) said that the documents are not been received with them, as i have the proof of receipt of documents by TATADOCOMO ppl (retailer got it, hes my frnd)...how they can lie and what a poor team of ppl they have...SHAME ON TATA

    Unhappy misbehaviour by distributor' agent

    hello , imyself jaspreet kataria bpought a number of ur company 587 days ago from faridkot. bt now their is some misunderstanding create between me and ur distributor of fariodkot. punjab.actually his worker name happy kataria frm kotkapura presently working wth distributor makes my numbers outgoing off i am surely he did so. uf no than tell me why should my number b barred without giving any notification to me ,my cell number is9041850102.i would be greatly thankful to u if u contact me on my cell no. i 'm facing alot of suffice problems please help meeeeeeeeee
