Dear sir,
I'm a postpaid customer of Airtel for last 7 years in Kolkata. My Mobile number is
9831018648.I'm paying my dues as per outstanding in bill without fail till
date.Inspite of the same Airtel has blocked my outgoing calls since third week of
July without any prior intimation. After calling them to their customer care, they
informed me that I have not paid last month bill for June, which I have paid in cash
in Airtel relationship centre. still as there is no answer from Airtel. I have
approaced their Nodal officers but this is surprise to inform that every officer has
their diff views, one says I have not paid the last month bill & some says there is
wrong credit given to you in Jan 09 bill & the same is subsequently debited from
your bill and have to pay the full amount. Sir, my question is that if any credit
given to me by Airtel wrongly, that is fault of Airtel not of customer, Why a
customer will suffer without any fault of him and maintining the said connection for
last 7 years without any dues. I have repeatedly told the customer care to mail me
the details of outstanding & if I am satisfied I will surely clear the dues but not
a single mail recd till date. Moreover now I'm outside Kolkata for my treatment, to
your surprise they have blocked my incoming calls also. Sir I'm keeping my
connectrion for urgent need not for merry making but they are harrasing a bonafide
customer without any fault of mine. For your information, as a gesture I have
cleared the dues of July bill also before my departure from kolkata on 1.8.09. Now I
earnestly request for your intervention for such unjustified action of Airtel. I
have given several mails to appllate officer also but no reply till date
