Incoming call not received on my AIRTEL Number I am using Airtel No. 9872622612 since 2004,I had a problem of not receiving calls on my number since 3rd August 2011. When someone calls me a message “ the incoming call facility to this number is currently not available, please call 121 for assistance “ appears. I called customer care on 4th August regarding this they told me to call after 24 Hrs because their systems are slow.
On next when I asked to customer executive, he said that you have to wait untill 12th August, 2011 working days. But I did not receive any single call from AIRTEL
till now. On 13th August when I again called customer care, they are saying that you will get call shortly and you have to wait till 23rd August I am still waiting a call from Airtel to solve my problem.
Please let me know that if there is some problem with AIRTEL system why should the person suffer? Please provide me compensation for :
1. Non receiving calls on my airtel number
2. The stress and inconvenience i had to go through without any fault of mine.
3. The time i had to spend on querying from Airtel helpline for the same.
4. The persons calling me thinks that I am a defaulter of not paying bills in time so my incoming service is barred.

Incoming call are not working for Airtel number Hi,
From last month i am frequently getting problems of incoming calls. I am not receiving any incoming calls from last few days and sometimes it suddenly starts working.
But from 25th Oct 2011 it stopped all incoming call and have not received any call on my airtel number.
I am using nokia 5230 mobile handset, I don't think it's problem with mobile as i tried using sim card on other mobile and found same problem.

Incoming calls to airtel mobile number not working since 25th Oct2011 afternoon. I am not receiving any incoming calls on my Airtel number since 25/10/2011 afternoon. When I called customer care, they said they will resolve it by 11 Nov 2011. Airtel customer service is really bad. They should resolve any complaints like this within 24 hours. Keeping a customer without incoming calls for 15 days is simply not acceptable. I am going to switch to another service provider.

Airtel Number getting call waiting without any cal Hello,
I am from Hyderabad, I am using Airtel from past 5 years...Last 2 months onwards all of my friends are telling whenever they r trying to make a call they are getting call waiting sound, even I am not in another call. I am wondering it is the tower problem or phone problem, because most the time i used to listen songs in my phone through headset. Not only mine number few of my friends are also facing the same problem. Can you please assist me regarding this one.
