ADMIN CONSUMER COURT
I (GURJOT GROVER),have been using
mobile number 9814512292 for almost four year.Due to this long healthy relation ,I
enjoy preferred status as a ROYAL CLUB MEMBER.With IDEA overtaking SPICE in punjab
all the employee of BIRLA SUN LIFE INSURANCE got orders to shift there mobile
numbers with IDEA UNDER SPECIAL PLAN.Being Branch manager with BIRLA SUN LIFE,I TOO
WAS APPROACHED BY EMPLOYEES FROM IDEA CELLULAR.As I was already using
idea(spice),my request to shift the plan under same number was turned down, with
reason,TO CHANGE PLAN NEW NUMBER IS A MUST.Formalties for new number were
completed along with documentation for terminating existing
connection(9814512292) .Within minutes new number got activated,with rent and other
charges.UNFORTUNATELY IT HAS BEEN FOUR MONTHS BUT MY OLD NUMBER IS STILL ACTIVE.To
make things worse the shameless people at IDEA
have sent a notice with above number mentioning a default of Rs.5000.
Sir.there
are a lot other employee facing same problem.Kindly take much needed notice.Other
victims have decided to gather public attention by bringing matter on CNN IBN CITY
JOURNALIST.PLEASE DO NEEDFULL.
