Default Undue charging of migration fee from prepaid to postpaid

1 Kindly refer to my letter dated 05 June 2009 and your reply vides Dotel/p/2009/00259 dated 19 May 2009.
2 As per the direction of your office I took up the matter with Vodafone Nodal officer Mrs Sunitha M on dated 15/6/9 and subsequently their appellate Mr Thompson P Ggnanam on dated 24/6/09. (Copy of both annexed).
3 I am compelled to approached to you once again as Vodafone did turn against. On 24/06/09 my phone service was also barred besides being in touch telephonically and with above letters.
4 It is most unfortunate to mention that the service provider first make very sweet promises, as in my case they entice and forced me to migrate from prepaid to postpaid and letter on increased the credit limit to Rs 2500 without my consent. The company charged Rs 551/- towards migration fee. I was astonished to see the adv. on TV that company is not supposed to charge for migration. I wrote this to Vodafone they never replied, then I stopped the bills and requested by writing a letter to settle the issue, but it was also not replied. Vodafone harassed me with unwanted and compulsive attention. I was without any communication for many day s and suffered mental agony and monetary losses due to Vodafone. I am a share trader and had ordered a alert for a sum of Rs 20000/ for one year which was stopped as the number was bared and could not get alerts. I could not perform trading and victimized losses of Rs 60,000/-.
5 Sir, it is pertinent to mentioned that on 28/07/09 Mr. Kartik relation officer with another person came to my house when I was in office and threatened my son to pay the bills or face the consequences. Again on 01/8/09 one Mr. Rajesh (body builder type) approached to my house and ask me to pay the bills at once I narrated him the whole story to him but he was neither knowing English nor Hindi. He rang up to his office one lady was on line I tried to make her understand about the correspondence who did not mentioned her name and shouted in most uncivilized manner stating “ you better pay the bills or Vodafone will drag you to the court we have not received any letter and we do not know D.O.T. “
6 In view of the foregoing it is requested that a criminal case may be initiated against Vodafone for using unfair means for collection of bills, using unparliamentarily language by the staff and fault in providing services. I also demand to your august office to order the company to pay a compensation of Rs 100000/-for the mental agony and monetary losses I suffered.
    Thanking you
