Poor Network signal of IDEA Cellular

    Unhappy Poor Network signal of IDEA Cellular

    We are facing poor network strength problem at our office area. We are having around 12 - 14 CUG nos. of Idea. We have lodged several complaints about poor signal strength. (More than 70 times) But the response from Idea is worst. The problem is since begining but it's severity we realised after having 12 new idea connections to have the benefit of CUG Plan somewhat in the month of Feb 2010. As earlier we were having only teo Idea nos. whereas after having 12 idea nos. we started receiving more and more complaints from our callers that everytime most of your cell nos. are out of reach or even if by their good luck they get our number, they could not hear our voice. The solutions suggested by idea helpline executives were such that; You have to change your handset, try changing yout handset, your problem will be solved. Plenty of times while explaining about the complaint the conversation got breaked due to poor network. If you again try to register the complaint to idea helpline, you have to repeat the same story to the new executive who is on line this time as the call gets diverted to any of the customer care executive. After following up consistently for five / six months, idea sent their representative along with so called touch point ( idea franchisee) with one small antenna in the month of June and said use this for your cell phone. I said, we are having 14 connections, will you give 13 more antennas to other users? Then they said, we will request for sanction of new booster. After that, the further folloup increased our frustration as neither the idea executive Mr. Daniel Khan nor the franchisee Mr. Dinesh das responded to our calls. Considering that they might be in meeting, we use to call again after some time but the didn't responded nor called back to our calls. Fortunately after having response from the frinchisee to one of our calls, he said that we are working on the solution for your problems & will come back to you. Now yesterday idea person Mr. Daniel said that we have proposed new tower to solve your problem. Once it is sanctioned, your problem will be solved. This will take minimum one and half month. Every time we have to come out of our premises to reply to the calls on our cell phone or to call from land line due to which our phone bills are getting higher and higher.

    Default Poor Signal of TATA Indicom i n My Office

    I am Pankaj Khaneja Proprietor of 21st Century Computer & Systems, GF-07, Rattan Complex, Opp. Saini Dharamshala, Rohtak-12400 (Haryana)

    I have using two TATA Indicom Post Paid Connection (9215515992, 9215615992) from last 7 to 8 yrs. in my office. But from last 3-4 months i am facing Low Network Problem, i cannot receive or call from my office. I complaint many time to TATA Indicom Complaint Nos. & their site .

    Date : 22-4-2011
    First Complaint No. : 276039

    Date :07-05-2011
    Second Complaint No. : 282844

    Date : 10-6-2011
    Third Complaint No : 298855.

    They come & check many time in my office low signal Problem. But they not give any type of satisfactory solution.
    I am getting very loss in my business with this problem from last 3-4 months. Please help me to solve this Problem and give right way what can i do..

    Dear Sir,

    It's 25th August. I still haven't received anything from IDEA. I'm getting desprate now as I am following repeatedly from feb 2011. Unnecessarily I am suffering because of the network problem. Our clients are complaining that you intentionally are doing such things so that your cell is out of coverage. I'm loosing the business also. Some wise clients send an SMS so that at least I can call them as soon as i receive their sms. In addition to that, our land line phone bills are also getting up because of this. Hope that by end of August, all our problems will be solved.
