I am having my Prepaid connection; i.e.9892243542. Your
executive had approach us and ask to convert to postpaid connection for better
billing facility. We had give 300 Rs to your executive, Mr.Sandeep (9004483683)
on 11th July 09.He had told us within 2 or 3 days your card will be
converted into postpaid.

On 28th July 09 evening my prepaid card get
discontinued so I had call him on 29th July 09 morning, he reply
within 2 hrs your card will be get activate. On postpaid.

But still 31 July 09 my has not been activated.

I had called your customer care they coolly reply with in
evening your card will be activated…this is going for last 3 days.

Your executive, Mr.Sandeep (9004483683) & Mr.Amol
(9892048112), has coolly switch off there cell phone. If the don’t want to give
service to customer, Then why Airtel having such very good executive. That has
to be appreciated.

This is an excellent Airtel strategy to collect 300 Rs &
to hares customer then, the company should be close down with an award for best
harassment….
