Hi,

I reacharged 111/- balance yesterday (10/08/2011). I haven't made 2-3 calls of hardly 2 to 3 rupees, meanwhile balance shows 49/-
They have cut Rs. 61 from my account. I receive a message later stating "Your Subscription to Music Connect has been renewed for another 30 days and 30/- has been deducted". I've never subscribed for such scrap and they are simply sending messages and deducting amount. Even last month same thing happened.
"New caller tune has been setup and 8/- has been deducted from your account".

When I tried to reach 121 (customer care) no response at all. I mean nothing happens when you call 121. I really doubt if AIRCEL has customer care at all.

Please help me with this. What course of action I can take against them in consumer court.
