I 'm from south chennai residing near madipakkam. My moblile num 9841879100. i'm facing problem with aircel billing frequently, Aircel charged me rs 800 for download charge when my gprs connection is not activated and bill shows download time as 00:00:00 seconds. Reversal of rs.693 was made on October for the august month bill and i was not even given 1 month notice to pay my bill. Aircel deactivated my number it was saying "number not in use"
This is not the first time i'm facing the problem with aircel. Few months before I did activate itemized billings for both my numbers. I didn't receive the bills past six months though i was making 50 rs as charge pertaining to itemized bills i didn't get the bills. Bill amount was increasing month on month.I literally fought with aircel people to reverse 1000. Billing process is not transparent in Aircel
My stress level is increasing due to arguments with the aircel team. Its like mental torture Customer team members in Aircel answer arrogantly. I would like to name Asis from the customer team center (as Floor supervisor from Chennai). Irresponsible answer to the customer.
Hope the team will raise this issue up to the concerning department and take necessary action
