    To Whom It May Concern

    My No is 9923482868

    This is in regards to the return charges charged by my bank and Vodafone.

    I had request for ECS cancellation on 12 June and was informed that ECS has been
    cancelled then again on 22 June when I had called Vodafone I was informed that ECS
    has been deactivated and also received a confirmation via message but still I was
    charged Rs 276.00 by my bank and when I received my bill on 5 July Vodafone had also
    charged me Rs 220.00 as ECS return charges , I had to spend more than 3 Hours over
    the Phone with Vodafone to get the amount credited in my account .

    This month again on 11 July I received a message from Vodafone that I need to
    maintain sufficient funds in my account so I went to Vodafone Store on Singhad Road
    and Spoke to Shilpa and she said that My ECS was deactivated on 03 July so I did not
    keep sufficient funds in my account and again was charged Rs 276.00 by my bank . I
    went to the store again spoke with Shilpa an also submitted the copy of my bank
    statement and showed her the messages which I had received from Vodafone, She said
    that she will forward the request to the concern team and will call me back with a
    resolution. I did not receive any call regarding the issue for more than 8 days so
    had to go again to the store and had to spent 4 hrs in the store , the answer which
    they gave was they are still working on my issue and I was asked to write an email
    to Vodafone. I called Vodafone again spoke with a supervisor Shirish and he also
    informed me that he will raise a complain from his end and I will also have to write
    an email.



    I've long been a user of your company and up till now have always regarded you are
    an excellent company . I have every faith in your company that you will do what you
    can to rectify this situation.

    respected Sir ,
    From the number 9584438042 , I dont who is he he calls in my no. and abusing .,,so pls i want to know that whose number it is or you take any action ....as soon as possible ..if you will not do anything.. then i will directly go to police and court for further complains.

    This is rohit from jharkhand.sir i am using voda approx 4 month and my number is 8877160110 but somebody is able to see all my call detail.what should i do and where should i go.he abuse everyone whoever in my contact..

    This is to inform you that I have converted my prepaid no into postpaid but due to some miss communication I got wrong number but even now when I have already conveyed the same message to the Vodafone guy. Concern is that I am still receiving the Bill for the wrong no which is 9811845099 even I have Send a mail but did not get any kind of revert.
    Because of that I have called to Vodafone care n sorry to say it was my pathetic experience I dint even get any positive solution by the tally caller ( Lavender Gill).She has put me on hold for an hour which was really not expectable its happened three to four time in a same day . This is to inform you please take an action against it and give some feedback to your tally caller as well. I would be really thanks full to you.

    Default Network Related Complain

    I was complain regrading network but my problem still not resolved one of the executive cal me yesterday but that time i am in traffic i said you call me after 15 minutes but i didn't received the call. today i called in customer care four times 1st time i talked to kapil and kapil said nt able to check my info after that i dont rember the executiv name he is also not given the info he just hold me and no body piched the cal on hold. after that i called and cal pick up the aman i said i want to talk ur seniar that time cal on mute and he is also transfer the cal i want the rivert now on my complain. my no is 9711480860 paramjeet kochar.my id paddykochar@yahoo.com.

    I GOT A CALL FROM NUMBER+917971636151 CALLING JIGNA FOR SMS ACTIVATION SCHEME OF RS 129 ,
    I ASKED MY RENTAL IS RS 125 AND 1 HAVE TO PAY ONLY RS 04 EXTRA FOR THE SHCEME SHE SAID YES,THEN I COME TO KNOW ITS RS 129 EXTRA OTHER THAN RENTAL RS 125,SO PLEASE CANCEL THE SCHEME WITHOUT DEDUCTING SUCH CHARGES AND CANCEL THE SCHEME.

    Post In correctly Charged.

    Hi,

    I am incorectly charged on my mobile phone 9899806035. I have writen at least 12 emails regarding it to the RM. I have all the prrofs that the billing is incorrect. Every time thay assure me that they will arrange a call back for me. If some one calls and underrstands the problem he will just apologies and hang up or would say we are sorry that two uncamopatible plans were activatedopn your accout but sorry we can not do any thing.

    I have paid my entire bill except excluding the amount disputed well within time. And now I am receiving text messages that my services will be temporarily barred.

    I have been a customer with vodafone for the past 3 years since 2008 and never had a proble. But now I feel cheated.

    And the way vodafone is treating the whole issue is totaly unprofessional.

    Now I find no way but to approach the court for a specific releif. I have all the proofs and copy of all the writen complaints I have made regarding the issue,.

    aaap ki tarf se mujhe har month call karke vodafone stor pe jake sim badalne ke liye kahte hai or nhi karne pe mera no. 9772235143 ko band kar diya jata hai
    mai kab tak ye sahan karu
    ab mai aapni sim nahi chang karuga
    aap meri sim ko chalu karo
    ab to bardast ke bahar hai

    mai ab bar bar vodafone stor pe nahi jauga
    or ab mujhe pareshan kiya gya
    jab ki mai DND activ kara rakha hai fir bhi aapki taraf se mujhe call aate hai
