I recently came to India for 5 months vacation . I had a different impression about
RELIANCE Communication, therefore I choose to avail the wireless net connection from
you irrespective of your competitors are giving much better offer. But the present
experience shows to me that , The RELIANCE Communication service is disgusting and
unethical .

I took the wireless internet connection dated on 4th July from your Anna Nagar ,
Hyder Ali Complex 80 Feet Road , Madurai , Tamilnadu as per the prepaid scheme after
paying an amount of RS 2388 against the invoice number 1500835836 dated 4th July
2009. While they trying to activate the connection, its doesn’t work and they
conformed to me that, it will be ok with in 5 PM the said day. I repeatedly advised
them, since I am going out from the state, please make sure that ,it should be
activated as they promised. But nothing happened , then I have to send my daughter
to follow up the matter , it was once again nothing happened. During this time I
contacted your other branch office to sort out the problem. They also conformed to
me that, the Reliance at Madurai not activated the system. After , I came back
from the tour on 11th july, I met your service personal, they intimated that , it
will done and accordingly I came back from your office& it was activated on the
next day 12th July 2009. Everything was going Ok till 19th July. The connection
again disconnected when I was away from the state . I contacted your service person
Mr senthil Kumar over phone as well as through SMS. But no action was taken to
rectify the problem. When I came back from the tour on 19th July, again I went to
your Madurai office and lounged complaint vide Service Register Number ID
104660734. The information received from your office that , there was problem in
entering the scheme to my Data Card. I came back from your office at Madurai
anticipating that, it will be resolved . But till today nothing happened.

Is this is way treating costumer. Is this so called Professionalism of Anil ambani
Group. Shame on you people.



I will wait today, If nothing happened, I am failing a complaint to consumer court.
