BSNL GPRS or 3G is slow irritating GPRS in BSNL of AP is dead slow & when asked customer care, suggested me to move to 3G.
When moved to 3G against the advantage of data pack of 3GB in 2G Vs 256MB in 3G for same price.
Even then web browsing or other apps on my mobile is dead slow similar to 2G only. It is swapping E<=>3G very frequently on my mobile.
Called customer care several times & they say soem silly reasons like:
-3G signal missing or not there in your area (Hyd-Hitech city)
-use UMTS instead of DUAL in manual settings of network.(tried in various mobiles but nowhere i get this option)
-asking to restart the mobile after enabling data in mobile.
