I would like to inform you that I have purchased a SPICE MOBILE MODEL M-5700 vide bill No.2969 dt 30.8.2011 from
Spice Retail Ltd.Govind Nagar Kanpur. Sir after three months my mobile is out of touch working and not being charged
rightly. I have given the same at your service centre i.e. Spice Care, Canal Patti, Kanpur. vide reference No.24100651BB0432
on 18.11.2011.
After checking the same personnel of service centre is informing me that my mobile will be r ectified after a month period. I fail
to understand that how this long time is possible being a compnay. I am very much affraid to see this. You are requested
to please instruct your dealer to see in the matter and arrange to rectify my mobile immediately to avoid hampering my work.
Being a reknown company how you can adopt such practice and how you can serve such a response to your customer. This is very
shameful to you. During the time of purchasing, you always makes lots of commitments but you can not wash your hand during
the time of services to be provided to customer.
Please see in the matter and take immediate steps, seeing my problem. How much time you will take clearly let me know to
avoid further problems.
I hope that the matter is clear to you.
My mobile is under warranty presently. See in the matter and do the needful under intimation to us on my this mail id on TOP PRIORITY.

I bought spice m 6700 through flipkart.com the mobile not charging please suggest me what to do with this
this is a humbe request to spice custumer care
i hv been using yours mi-350 n for last one week
and its is giving me lot of trouble nowadays...
as its getting hanging there and now,system application are tooo slow...and its hangs up on restarting
and i have not downloaded any of the applications from the android market jst using the pre loaded applications
still its nor responding to any of the applications
so
plaese take some action

i have purchase mobile on 4-sept-2011 but i face the problem from the very first day.it will automatically off after ten minute frequently.i went to your costmer care & they repaired it & they gave sr .no 07100870c20383 by sms but after some time i face the same problem. I went again your costmer care but i will not get the solution.
So i kindly request you to take some necessary other wise i have to take a legal action.

I A.P.Phaneendrakumar resided at vizianagaram, Andhrapradesh. i bought spice mobile D6666 At deharadun (UK) on 16/2/2012. i don't know, on what reason, that phone unable to recognize Sims networks. then i took that mobile to authorized spice service center vizianagaram on 23/2/2012. He told me that there is a problem in mobile main board hence it can be sent to Bangalore service center for repairing and recitative to back to you it will take nearly 15 day. He registered complaint on 29/02/2012 and my job sheet No.70. after 15 days i consulted so many times to that servicing center in vizianagarm. He used to say that mobile will reaches tomorrow, day after tomorrow again and again. same massage he is convening from that date to till to today(29/3/ 2012). i made so many calls to mr. Naveen, who is working in Bangalore servicing center, he is also saying that your mobile some where missed. i feel very much of inconvenience and i suffered a lot due to this issue. Nobody is not giving proper response to me. hence I want to go consumer court on spice mobile company for seeking compensation more than one lakh .i can wait on more week Before going of that i am putting compliant to you . The phone calls list and massages are avoidance to me.Nobody not giving any response. why should i keep calm. Hence i request to respond immediately and try to arrange my mobile to hand over as early as possible.

i had a spice qt-60 mobile which is bought in 12 september 2011..........but from 4 weeks its charger not working..but by usb mobile is charged. but from charger it is not!.i dont know where the problem occurs..plz solve my problem......

I purchased Spice M9000 mobile on 18th May 2011. Hardly I used that mobile for 3-4 months. After that I am facing many problems.
1. Previously I was not able to hear the other persons voice. I had given mob to customer service. & other problem started.
2. Sometimes it says Bad charger.
3. It gets switched off automatically, when I speak with anyone or when I try to charge that.
Whenever I am giving mobile to Customer service it generates some new problem.
Please look into the matter seriously,as we are having trust on Spice company. But if the company's service is not good then no one will go for Spice company.

Dear Sirs,
The subject mobile cannot be switched on,it probably has a defective battery,as initially it required frequent charging though it was showing OK. After talking to your
service centre at Joppling road Lucknow,I had sent the mobile through messenger,who returned the mobile asking the messenger to recharge,I have talked to them again.
Pl. advise them to replace the defective battery /set,for about a month!s time now I am not able to use this mobile.
I FEEL THAT THE SET SUPPLIED IS OLD OF MANUFACTURING YEAR 2010 AND THE BATTERY IS ENTIRELY USEDUP OR THE ENTIRE UNIT IS USEDUP.
