Let me explain the issue to you guys in detail...
Vodafone is giving out Samsung Galaxy S2 with offer to provide Free 3G for 6 months.
Now, I was enjoying this "Free" usage for the month of July. Suddenly I get a message from Vodafone saying that my un-billed usage is around 8k Rs which is beyond my credit limit of 1200 Rs and I need to pay that in order to avoid restriction of services.
This is ridiculous! After paying for a 30k phone with Vodafone and being a
loyal postpaid customer I am facing this!
The customer care guys say that though you have a valid offer, your usage will come out to be free only when your Bill is generated.
So, I should be paying for something that should be free for me!!! This is unacceptable! My outgoing is cut now!

My vodafone sim card was rejected in the middle of a conversation and when i went to vodafone store regurding the proble the asked me to get the sim re-issued .
I did what they said .
After that they told me to wait for 3 hours and in the mean time thay assured me that my number will b activated .but it has been two days and i have been visiting their store but no one seems intrested in helping me.
Its a postpaid number and please help me ,i dont want to pay the bill for the time period my number in not functional.
I had also called their customer care centre but it also was of no use.
And also help me teach them some mannars so that they may respest their customers.
