    Respected Sir,

    I have given my nokia n79 handset to the malleswaram nokia care bangalore on 21st of may'09. They asked me to come to the care saying that my handset is ready but when i went there i saw it it has not been repaired. They did this with me thrice and after that they told me they cannot repair my handset so they will replace my handset. After one and half months time they give me a handset which was of different color and it looked awful. I asked them to give me a handset of the color which i had and they told it will take a weeks time. Now its more than 2 months time but still they are not giving my handset back. They are just delaying it by saying something or the other. I have talked with nokia customer care regarding this and launched a complain regarding the same but all went in vain. They are also not taking it seriously. I have bought the handset on 31st dec '09 for Rs. 20,000 and I have used the handset not more than 2 months as i have faced many problems with the handset and given to two ohter nokia cares in bangalore before giving to malleswaram.
    Please help me regarding this. I will be highly obliged to you if you take an action against them as soon as possible.

    Self had purchased Nokia E 71 paying Rs. 20,000.00. After the 3 months from the date of purchase I had start facing problem with GPS connectivity.

    After talking to Nokia customer care executive, self visited Nokia service center to get it rectify. But technician in the service center told that the problem will not able to rectify locally it has to sent to Delhi HQ for the rectification which will take 15-20 days.

    After 20 days I had been to service center, they told that problem in the mobile is not able to rectify so they got replacement from HQ.The replacement which I have received from the service center is of very poor quality with built in problems like camera was not working, Wlan was not able to connect. Poor quality key pads etc. when I highlighted the same to your local service center they said they will send same back to HQ and ask for better replacement/New handset. Delivery for new replacement committed 15-20 days

    I had complained same to Nokia customer care (compliant ID: 1-8049941524). They have said that, they will escalate the same to higher officials and ensure that the new handset (box piece) will be given as replacement.

    After 20days, ie.Today I had been to collect the replacement. I surprised to note after all the above follow up they have sent the same handset which is of poor quality as replacement.

    Total days spent is 45 days without using handset. After spending so much money it is no use if above things happens.

    I personally trust Nokia for the quality, reliability and service offered. But above experience is very very disappointing.

    I hope you understand the problem undergone by self & trust you will take immediate action on the above matter by replacing new (box piece) handset with 5 days of time.

    Dissappointment of nokia care,

    Respected sir,
    I have problem in my nokia 3110c mobile .then i goes to nokia care tuticorin(Tamil nadu) he repair my mobile(install software), after that music player doesn't work in my mobile, again am go to nokia care he replied -it's a software problem we correct it. u come tommorrow i repair.then i go to next day he say its hardware problem due to water drop that guy completely cheat me.please suggest this isssue..

    Dear Sir,

    To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.

    Default complain against Nokia Care(baba service centre) varanasi

    Dear Sir

    I would like to inform you that i own Nokia N-72,which got some hanging problem. I
    had given it to Nokia Care(baba service point) in varansi on 12th august 09 & they
    call me on 16th august 09 to deliver the set. But till today they have not returned
    my mobile & every time when i call them they answer to call back after two weeks.
    This is the pathetic service which i got in Nokia Care-varanasi. I have gone atlest
    5 times & evry time they call me afterwards,even i ask them to return my mobile
    unrepaired but they told they cannot do that.

    Please arrange to return my set & inform me by mail or phone.

    sir/madam, i purchased a nokia cell phone on 13th november 2008 at PlanetM showroom
    it has been 11 months since i purchased the cell phone and i am facing problems,my
    phone is not switching on so i took it to nokia sevice center at rajajinagar and
    after three days they said it has been water logged and display will not work and it
    cant be repaired. but before giving my phone to service center i had checked it
    myself, music display and music player both were working.so i showed it to another
    service center at malleshwaram,and they said it has been badly tampered with
    otherwise it could have been repaired.since i have got warranty they are creating
    problems this, hence i want nokia to get my cellphone repaired or replace it. and i
    request the concerned officer/authority to oblige with the matter and take necessary
    action.

    Angry breaking original parts

    they are not responsible at all.
    they are highly money minded and the are not servicing properly.
    the break our original parts and asking money for replacement or else saying this is a 2 yrs old so you had to chance your mobile
    this is done in authorized nokia service center in channai near ashok nagar

    Default Original battery missed by NOKIA CARE(Malleswaram 11th cross)

    Reapected Sir,

    I had purchased NOKIA 5310 Express Music in May'09.I had to turn on to NOKIA CARE in May'10 due to some H/W issue with this hand set.I had given my hadset on 12th of MAy'10.After a week the probelm was solved and i recieved the handset too.But the original battery is missing.When I reported the same,They have promised me that battery replacement will be done with in two working days.I always have to either call them up/visit NOKIA CARE to stick to their promise made to me.I fed up off the stupid service thats been provided by this NOKIA CARE.Till now I have not received battery.Please do something needful.

    Unhappy service issue

    Dear sir,
    My is mahendran i have give n95 model in dindgul nokia care on 21.6.2010
    The problem is i want upate the lastest software & front camera is not working.The service engg is said i want one time for the software work & then i call for the status of the camera work &the payment details.no one cannot call me and said the status.next day i again go to the store, the service engg said its more twodays and then i again said ok.today the date is 24.6.2010 till now the problem is not sloved i make call to the store the service engg said it takes more three days.i feel very guilt of the store

    very important matter nokia is no1 company in india but the service channel parterns do the job correctly.kindly

    Angry Complaint against Nokia care in Malleshwaram, Bangalore !

    Respected Sir,

    I had bought a nokia mobile 5800Xpressmusic on 23rd sept 2009. just two hours after i bought the mob the mob turned off by itself and restarted. Then after few days it started hanging. Later it had data loss problem i.e whatever data i have on my memory card just gets deleted by itself. Also once the mob turns off due to low battery it never turns on.

    I have given my mob to nokia care malleshwaram(1st cross or 2nd cross) FIVES TIMES already and they give me back my mob back which again shows same problems after few days !!

    I want to get a replacement as soon as possible as my warranty of 1 year expires september 23, 2010.

    PLS HELP !!

    DEAR SIR,
    GOOD DAY. MY NOKIA MOBILE MODEL 3220 PURCHASED ON 29.12.2005 FROM SPECTRUM DHUBRI ASSAM VIDE MEMO NO. 89. RECENTLY 3G SERVICE INTRODUCED AND I TRIED INTERNET ON MY MOBILE WHICH WAS WORKING FINE, BUT WHENEVER I CONNECTED TO THE COMPUTER IT DID NOT WORK PROPERLY STATING THAT THERE IS NO MODEM . aS SUCH I APPROACED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE AND SALES OFFICE OF DHUBRI,bANGALORE AND dELHI OVER TELEPHONE AND PERSONALLY , BUT FAILED TO GET A SUITABLE REPLY. To the best of my surprise, Your Dhubri nokia care's executive Mr. Dipankar told me to spend Rs. 1700(one thousand seven hundred) to get the modem connected to the pc. Now I want to request you to do the needful otherwise I will go in the proper court for ends of justice.
