voice chat pack activated without informing me

My tata indicom mobile no (9272714186) received sms regarding voice chat pack activated in mobile but I haven't applied for such service. When contact customer care no information was provided to me that when and how it was activated. and they where least bother about customers. I had also sent many mails to their nodal officer to solve my problem but the problem is still pending. From last 3 mts they are falsely deducting balance from my account for voice chat pack service which I don’t want.

I am fed up of tata indicom mobile service and want's take legal action against this basted’s.

Any one kindly suggest me what action can be taken against them.

hello,

i didn't request for any service, but i got this message.

" voice chat pack service your requested for, now is active on your phone at rs 30. per 30 days"

i lost my balance automatically. how can i get rid of this. Please tell me a way to stop this nonsense.

My voice chat is activated without any information. I received a msg now stating that its activated & Rs 30.00 deducted. I contacted the Tata Indicom services thrice & all the three times I was told that it can be cancelled but money cannot be refunded & insisted that I had requested. I never ever requested for any such thing nor I'm even aware of such service. I find that this is not just cheating but indirectly accusing me a liar. I have called the very moment I've seen the msg, which I received today a while back. Something should really be done. This is totally totally unacceptable & rediculous. There certainly should be some legal actions & penalisations.
