Hi,

This complaint is regarding network coverage. I have been complaining Airtel people for last many months that network coverage is bad near my home (Anjali Gardens Colony- Manikonda-Hyderabad). Every time they have been saying will check and contact back but till now no one bothered to call me or give any update. Unfortunately I have been speaking to MANAGERS AS WELL BUT NO USE. Every time I call they say will escalate to the higher level and issue will be resolved soon with a call back on update. But its been 3 months now with no update or call back.

I had been complaining about network coverage since very very long time but till now no one is bothered to resolve. Even after sending Email for 3 times were as they have to revert back in 24hrs but no one replied to my mail at all. Also this mail is marked to other escalation levels aswell but none of them reverted.

Below are the request numbers which I received after sending the mail. Also mail states "Request you to quote this number for future reference. We shall revert to you within 24 hours." but no mail is sent to me.
