I have a very serious complaint. I am being charged 5 Rs per day for cricket match day pack for the last 4-5 months. I went to your official outlet in Belgaum 5 days ago and the people there told me that the problem has been solved and I can recharge my phone which i hadn't for d last 3-4 months. But even now the pack is ON, your customer care isnt helpful at all. I made a second trip to the shop yesterday but it still hasnt proved to be of any use. I am seriously pissed off. I hav lost around 50-100 Rs because of your unlawful practices. I request you to reimburse me the entire amount, issue an apology & remove that Cricker Match day pack.
