    Thumbs down Balance deduction by Reliance Communications

    On monday 20/07/09 my balance of Rs. 30 was deducted from my account (Mobile Number - 9326108794), i thought they must have detucted the amount for using caller tune service. But again on 22/07/09 Rs. 30 was deducted from my account. When i called customer care to enquire about it on 23/07/09 at 18:05 the person on the line told me that the balance on 20/07/09 was deducted for the service called talk tune which i had not activated. He refused to take down my complain and return the money. The person told me that the company's policy say's you a have to register the complain in three days or company does not hold any responsiblity for the same. The customer care exicutive's name is Mr. Sidharth Paul from Mumbai.
    Please help me to get my money back from this fraud company.

    Hello,

    Send a written notice via registered post to your area nodal officer about your problem, mention all the complaints no. in it and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such type of problem again.

    Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.

    Default Reliance - No. 1 Fraud Company

    Hello,

    This complaint is regards to Reliance Mobile Services.

    I have got SMS several times about the various activation which I have neither done nor I want any of them.

    Today I received message saying that your stock updates are activated and Rs.30/- has been deducted. I have called reliance customer care *333 and after waiting for 25-30 mins customer care executive has picked up the call, first they said that this has not been activated anytime and when I said that my 30rs has been deducted so please credit to my account then he said that it has been subscribed, then I told that give me records when I have updated since you will be having proof for what you are saying then he neither given me any updates regarding at which date and at what time I have subscribed.

    Since I have not updated so its obvious that they will not have any records for the same.
    Customer Care executive(when i asked his name he told Mr.dadu shaikh) person was so rude and dont know how to speak, he was telling so bad words and also told that any how he will not return my money back and also in next 1 hour he had cut 10 Rs. from my account without any reason.

    Reliance is number 1 chor and Fraud company because I have experienced several times...Request you to look into this and please solve my problem ASAP.

    This complaint is regards to Reliance Mobile Services.

    I have got SMS several times about the various activation which I have neither done nor I want any of them.

    Yesterday I came to know that my main balance of my mobile has gone into negative. Before that as per my knowledge my main balance was Rs.12.47. I have called reliance customer care *332 and a customer care executive has picked up the call and his answer to my above query was that "your caller tune has been activated and Rs.30/- has been deducted". When I said him that there was no such request from my site and to give the call and accounting details in connection to the calls dialed from my mobile in last seven days I was answered they don't have any data more than last last three days.Then also I asked their Team Leader (as I was said during complain) to give me the proof when I have subscribed the request, what you are saying then he neither give me any updates regarding at which date and at what time I have subscribed nor any accounting details.

    Since I have not updated so its obvious that they will not have any records for the same.The
    Customer Care executive person was so rude and dont know how to speak, his expression implises as Reliance Communication is his Private Property.

    Here one thing I can't understand when the balance is below one call's minimum charge they don't forward a single call, but how is it possible in case of callertunes by taking the customer's main balance into negative.

    (Before this matter I also have suffered two times within last ten days for same kind of incidence.)


    Reliance is number 1 chor and Fraud company because I have experienced several times...Request you to look into this and please solve my problem ASAP.

    Angry Reliance SUCKS!!!!

    I received a message on 09/01/10 in evening that call a toll free number to listen BHAJANS!!
    i called the number and the machine started.... for hindi press 3......bla bla.....
    i Just disconnected the call....
    in the night 11.55 pm (look at the time!!!!) that my account has been deducted with Rs. 30 for activating BHAJANS.....
    Very next day in the morning i called customer care regarding such unauthorised Activation...
    The first thing that annoyed me was the way the executive was talking...( PRIYANKA) as if she is paying for my Cell...
    Then they refused to credit my account saying that their records shows that i have activated... When i asked them what's the proof that i have told them to activate such service they repiled that the call that i had mede them yesterday was an DEEMED ACCEPTANCE...(HELL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

    WHAT EXACTLY IS DEEMED ACCEPTANCE???????

    When asked for a proper procedure for complaint of such non-sense they told that no procedeure lies for such complaints......

    i think reliance is forgetting that they are here because of us and not that we are here because of them.....

    Sooner an action should be taken against such NON-SENSE else after some days they will start claiming that who so ever uses reliance the cell phone of that person will become the property of RELIANCE...HOW???? DEEMING CLAUSE OF RELIANCE.....!!!!!

    SIMILAR COMPLAINT BY ME:

    I am Hardik. I am Reliance (Delhi) user, my number is +91 8882060479.

    “INCIDENT No. 1: COMPLAINT AGAINST WRONG DEDUCTION OF BALANCE WHENEVER I RECHARGE”

    I got my number recharged on 03/10/2010 for Rs.200/- around 7.48 PM (as per confirmation msg received). In couple of days my balance got reduced by Rs. 50/- (other than my regular usage).

    I made a call to costumer care asking for the reason for deduction of such balance. As told by him, my number was subscribed to Caller Tune. I don’t understand how does a number automatically subscribe to such service and we, are not uneducated that we don’t know whether we are subscribing to any such service or not.

    I told him to register a complaint to refund that balance, complaint number being 138218757 made on 07/10/2010 around 2.58 PM to Firoz (executive).

    I got a msg on 08/10/2010 that your complaint has been resolved, I called them back on that day again that no reversal of charges has been made. As told by him “WE CANNOT REFUND THE BALANCE. HOWEVER, WE HAVE DE-ACTIVATED YOUR SERVICE”. I asked to register another complaint and that executive refused to register a complaint.

    “COMPLAINT FOR NOT REGISTERING AND REFUSING TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT”
    How can a Costumer Care executive refuse to register a complaint of a Costumer and the language used by him was horrible.

    “INCIDENT No. 2: COMPLAINT AGAINST WRONG DEDUCTION OF BALANCE WHENEVER I RECHARGE”

    I got my number recharged on 10/11/2010 for Rs.100/- around 8.23 PM (as per confirmation msg received). Again, my balance got reduced by Rs. 50/- (other than my regular usage) on 14/11/2010 (i.e. today). Since, today (14/11/2010) is Sunday costumer care number is not available. When I will make call tomorrow they will have the same excuse that “YOU DID NOT MAKE CALL WITHIN 24 HRS, THAT’S WHY WE CANNOT REFUND YOUR BALACE” for the very obvious reasons you are not picking calls on Sunday’s. Ultimately, Loss will have to be born by the costumer.

    THESE ARE NOT ONLY JUST TWO INCIDENTS THAT’S HAPPENING WITH ME, IT’S JUST THAT I HAVE RECORDING THESE DAYS STORING THEIR MSG’S AS EVIDENCES.

    I HOPE A SERIOUS ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM. BECAUSE MAKING COMPLAINT TO COSTUMER CARE IS MAKING NO USE WASTAGE OF EFFORT, ENERGY, SPOILING THE MOOD AND THE DAY.

    Default similar complaint against reliance mobile

    I have never activated any service on my reliance mobile but they keep on sending SMSes & activivating services suo moto & deducting money for the services I do not intend to subscribe. They flood my mobile with useless SMSes and activate any service at their will if their SMS is not replied within one day and deduct money for the same.

    They should be dragged in courts and such cases should make headlines

    Post Wrong deduction of balance

    Dear Sir/Mam
    Me Navneet Singh user of Reliance GSM Prepaid connection.Company wrongly deducted a balance of Rs. 30 against a pack (How to make your life easy ).I never subscribed this type of service.When i called customer care they told me that this service was activated by me via a call from company at 2:01 p.m on 9th April.
    I received a call from company on 9th April at 12:45 p.m but as soon as i came to know that it was from company I cut the call.The call duration was only 6 second. I havn't press any number. One more thing when i am subscribed to that service then why am i not receiving any massages relevant to service.This is the proof that service is activated wrongly.
    This type of inconvenience had been happened 4 to 5 times. I got sick of their service.It is so frustrating.It seems like the only thing they know is how to make money by making others fool or by unfair means.
    Please help me to get my money back.
