I am Santhosh from hyd. I'm using Vodafone service & now wanted to use Airtel. So, I messaged "PORT 9985776544" to 1900 for changing my MNP to Airtel. The Vodafone Provider need to send me an unique number withing 24hrs. But It's been 5day's & still waiting for that unique number. Vodafone Customer care called me & asked reason for shifting the service. I explained my problems & also told him to send that uniue number quickly. He told that we will give some exiting offer's to you & requested me not to shift. But, I strictly conveyed message saying that I want to shift my number. Please send me as soon as possible. He told that you will be on hold & we will forward your number to higher technical officials, so that you can clearly say your problems. They even said that some offers like 2sec/paise & full recharge above Rs. will be activated to you withing a day,But till now process hasn't happened. I even called them & asked my status, but still it is in progress. They are harassing me without sending unique number while days are going on. I don't know why Vodafone is not allowing their costumers to shift their service. Please help me regarding this issue. I want to change my number to Airtel as soon as possible.
