Complaint - TATA Indicom Dear Sir / Madam,
I am Mr. Harshad Aher. I have mobile phone of TATA Indicom (Mobile no. 9223263273). My outgoing call facility is disconnected from last 5 days. I continually follow-up to TATA indicom costumer care but still I am facing the same problem. My all business transaction depending upon my mobile phone. And now I am facing some financial problem due to this problem. I am requesting you to help me for the same.

HI
Hello , This is Sourav Wadhwa using cell no 9254180175 with Tataindicom.
I had recharged my number with rs 33 on 21 februry in which i got 1 GB for 10 Days.
In which i used 262 MB on 21.2.2012 and 110 MB on 22.2.2012 and 77 MB on 23.2.2012
which is 449 MB in total. But on 24.2.2012 i recieved a sms that my data pack is deactivated.
BUt i had not called or sms for deactivating that pack.
And after then i recieved a sms that i have charged 757.40 rs for dat which i used on 23.2.2012
And they put my number in 757.40 in negative.
I have called customer care so many times and put complaint regarding this issue.
The latest complaint number is PNO09012017. And they provided me the resolution that i had used this pack on my pc
that why my cell number goes in negative. but their customer care executive provided me the wrong imformation that
this pack is applicable on pc.
And on the other side they are saying i had crossed the 1 GB limit.
BUT I HAD USED ONLY 449 MB IN THREE DAYS.
I want complete refund on my cell number.

Block the sim Hi my name is alom mistry today i lost my phone from my shop some bodies came and taken away to some other place right now my mobile is switched off
based on that no i am running my business so immediately block the sim

complain of tata indicom for giving wrong information and wasted my money this is to inform that on dated 04/09/2012 at 8:45pm i called cust.Care 121 i told clearly that my number is in roaming kindly tell full talk time recharge he advice recharge for Rupee 201. when i reached 201 Rs 0 balance will received when I call again on same date after 2 hr another customer care person told me it will implemented / activated after 4 hr now but I did't get single paisa I called daily to reimburse my amount they will cut my phone. Kindly help me for the same or advice me whether I go and lodge an case in consumer court.

Last 25 days I was suffering in signal problem I given compliant so many times but till it was not cleared I had only tata indicom & Tata docomo numbers only other than any network mobile was not there so, last 25 days I did not receiving any incoming call and outgoing call in that area. Other area it was coming. Last 23rd I given compliant that compliant details

Tata Indicom This is after visiting Tata Indicom at Silver Satellite twice and not getting a favourable reply. On Nov 1 and Nov 2, I had unsuccessful online recharging of 234.00 thrice on different third party sites. My HDFC Bank account has already been charged but my phone never got recharged. This issue is already almost a month and I am not getting a response from your customer service except that they are filing a report again and again. I need my refund back into my account ASAP or I am taking this matter to a higher level. Inspite of providing my bank statement and all other details, your customer service personnel at Silver Satellite have been useless.

I had purchased a TAT Indicom Pre-Paid number (9210866330) on 13th december 2012 but when after on week the number was snot activated the n i contacted the dealer and then he confirmed that the documents have been rejected as the photo was not clear in the ID Proof. Then i supplied him with new id proof of my father in - law so that the number can be activated in his name but even after a time of about two weeks, neither i have received a tele - verification call nor the number has been activated.
If the number cannot be activated then please confirm so that i can take a new number of any other service provider
