My Reliance CDMA mobile No. is 9374530207, I have approached the Reliance Web World at Fateh Gunj, Baroda on 8th of July 2009 for recharging my mobile account. I have asked the concerned executive to reacharge my account with Rs. 999 STV ( Special Traiff Vocher ), and also recharged my account with Rs.200 additional talk time. And enquired of the other offers which will further reduce my call rates, the executive adivised of Rs.39 STV. So I asked the executive to recharge my mobile account with all the above three, and Paid Rs.1249. And I even recieved the confirmation of sucessfully recharging all the requests.
But after 3 days, I reliazed that the Rs.999 STV is not active. As I was not able to make free calls to other RIM numbers as promised, and I was being charged for the calls made from the avaliable talk time. When I approached the web world incharge Ms.Priti Chape, she confirmed that two STV cannot be recharged together, if recharged the earlier one will expire. Even She admitted that this has happened due the un-awareness of their
exective. And will try her best to get Rs.999 STV activated. After 2 days of when I approached her again she said nothing can be done from the Reliance Company's side. And if I want she will get the executive to pay part of my loss. My loss is of Rs.999 & and approx Rs.200 that has been deducted from my talk time. Even the the executive has agreed to pay part of it. But I did not agree for it.
My point is that if this it was mistake of the executive, the company is also equally responsible for not providing proper training. And there was no proper response for the Store In-Charge. Therefore I feel cheated & request the concerned to take up the issue with Reliance Mobile Company.
