This is Shridhar Bh Using the Number 7795616393 from past two years and recently i have revived message from Docomo that the details are not marching so last week i visited the showroom ( Indiranagar) and submitted the fresh documents i have the acknowledgement copy with me. and today my outgoing service has been barred.regarding that from this morning i have been calling to customer care once my call connected and the representative was not able to give me proper response and i have asked to transfer the call to senior person but at the time 9 in the morning there are no senior person available in the office and they are telling me to call back when the senior person will come. and regarding the signal part the signal will not come where you are instead of that always you have to find and go where the signal is available.
