cheating with unlimited offer (450 plan) Dear sir,
My name is Gladson,my tata post paid Number is 9282404700,This connection was taken from Chennai before 4 months,They give me the offer as unlimited calling to any tata indicom phone in India,But now they told me that they are sudenly stopped that offer,I was alredy buy a bradnew tata indicom cdma phone,
but i am not able to do that becase this unlimited offer is stopped,so I like to file a case in consumer court,
Please help me and kindly give the details regarding this type of cheating offers,

Complaint properly We are facing same problem. we are fighting against Tata from Jan2009. First of all we logded a complaint to customer care, they denied to lodge complaint. secondly we registered complaint online, they closed complaint without any reason. Thirdly we mailed our complaint to Nodal Officer, within 10 days Nodal Officer replied but we were not satisfied by this reply so, Fourthly we mailed complaint to Appeallate Authority, wait for 3 Months as per TRAI Rule, but not got any reply, Sixthly we submit a comlaint in DOT. Today we received some Reply from TATA, but we r expecting some reply from DOT.
So my suggestion is this follow same steps and call me 9219129610 for further steps, we can fight together for this issue.

But unfortunately the sky services has been cut from12 01 2010 to 18 01 2010.On 19 01 2010 I had been to viveks office and made a complaint to one Mr Raja.At that time nobody was there at your office counter.Then Mr Raja only initiated by talking TATASKY officers .Then I myself talked to some of your officers and after struggling
about an hour the sky line has been activated .
Due to your fault I last 7 days services.
Request your good self to compenstate the 7 days into my account and oblige.

***First of all call customer care and ask for a docket no as per TRAI guideline:
a. Call Centre
- Consumers can contact the Call Centre of service provider on toll free
number at the first instance for redressal of their grievances.
- Complaints pertaining to fault repair, service disruption and disconnection
of service has to be attended within a maximum period of 3 days.
- Other complaints to be attended by the Call Centre within a maximum
period of 7 days, subject to time limits laid down in Regulations on Quality
of Service.
- The Call Centre to register each complaint by allotting a unique
identification number to be called the docket number and communicate
docket number to the consumer.
- Intimate the action taken on the complaint to the consumer within the
time limit specified.
- Intimate contact details of the Nodal Officer (including his name, telephone
no. and address to the customer).
***If no body ready to register your complaint as in my case register an online complaint on given link:

Note down complaint no., wait for two days until this problem closed without any solution as in my case.
***Now Email to Nodal officer of your circle as per TRAI guidlines and wait for 10 days for reply:

b. Nodal Officer:-
- In case the consumer is not satisfied with the redressal of his grievance at
the Call Centre level or in case the Call Centre does not attend to the
complaint within the prescribed time limit, he can approach the Nodal
Officer for redressal of his grievance.
- All grievances received by the Nodal Officer with respect to fault repair,
service disruption and disconnection of service to be got redressed within a
maximum period of 3 days.
- Other grievances to be redressed by the Nodal Officer within a maximum
period of 10 days of the registration of the grievance.
- Nodal officers to communicate within three days from date of the receipt of
the complaint, the unique complaint number to the consumer.
- Intimate the consumer about the resolution or decision thereon within the
time limit specified.
***After getting reply if your prblem not resolved Email to Appellate Authority as per TRAI guidlines and wait for three months.

Appellate authority:-
- In case the consumer is still not satisfied with the redressal of his
grievance by the Nodal Officer or in case his complaint is not redressed
by the Nodal Officer within the time limit specified or no reply is
received regarding resolution of the complaint from Nodal Officer, he
can appeal to the appellate authority of the service provider for
redressal of his grievance.
- Appellate Authority to decide every appeal within 3 months.

Half Information provided in message By TATA Services Hi all,
2 days before i got message from TATA services that they have a new plan
where we have to recharge our mobile by 45rs and our STD/Local will be charged at 30p/m for 1 year.
when i recharged with 45rs and made 1 call i found that 60p/m is charged. when i talked with customer care they told me that its in between 10:00PM -- 07:00AM Only but this information was not provided in the message.
So i feel this is a way to make customer fool by not providing full info in the message.
So don't trust any message until you confirm with customer care

complaint i am suscriber of mobile telephone 9210708400. i have never used caller tunes and i am billed for the same this time and Rs, 30 has been deducted from my balance since it is a prepaid connection on talking on to customer care they say that it has been done by mistake on our end but we are helpless to refund. kindly look in to the matter and do the needful . waiting for early reply @ my email arun.gaba@indiabulls.com

customer harassment I was a customer of tata photon whiz in dec 09. and i m misguided by tata employees working in connaught place outer circle office. i also registered my complain at that time regarding my connection No. 9278702930. A/C NO.925738682. but i didn't find any responce from company side. and then finally i disconnect my connection. but after seven months i got a call from no. 9891985460 (advocate Prashant Sharma) and 08802909333 ( inspector Davendra) regarding a bill payment of Rs 787 which i never used. these guys call me and Harass me lot.
Is this the way Tata treat their customer ??
Is TATA a customer Oriented Company ??
now my perception about Tata is totally change.

Regarding TATA Photon+ prepaid ~~M2567507 This is with reference to my complain (COMPLAIN NO. �PRR076029973) regarding my TATA Photon+ Prepaid. I had recharged my connection online of Rs.1350 on 26th-Aug-2010 at around 4 a.m. The transaction was successfully done (TRANSACTION ID - MSDC0080020844) but when I connected the device at about 10 a.m, I found that the amount had not been credited to my account. I immediately called your helpline no.1800266121. One of the employee there who attended my call assured me that my problem would be rectified within 12-14 hrs. of my registering the complain and also told me that on 27th-Aug-2010, I will get a call from the concerned department latest by 7 p.m regarding this complain. But to my disappointment my problem was not solved even after the given time and also I did not receive any call from the concerne department. On the other hand, when I made a call to them again at bout 5:30 p.m, they said that you were given a time till 3rd-Sept-2010 and not 27th-Aug-2010. I was very surprised at this, as how long is it taking for your department to solve such a problem. Despite my several calls and email to call center, head customer services delhi, nodal authority delhi, applellate authority delhi, matter still remains unresolved .I am very disappointed by the unprofessionalism of such a big organisation "THE TATA GROUP" and also the unnecessary delay in solving this problem.After all this I was forced to draw your attention to this matter.Kindly look into the matter ASAP.Waiting for a positive reply from your end.

Unlimited Offer by TATA Hi, I am Dibyendu Das. My mobile no. is 9231648206 regarding which I had also faced the same problem when TATA stopped my unlimited call facility without any reason. I filed a case against the TATA in the consumer Forum, Kolkata, Unit 2. I have won the case and Tata had paid me a total of Rs.11,000/- (Rs.10,000/- Compensation + Rs.1,000/- litigation cost). They have also restored my free outgoing calls to tata mobiles as per the order of the Consumer Forum.
