    This is Rajat Mukherjee. I am working in Aptech Limited. I have received your mail ID from a reliable source. I am using Tata photon winz ( prepaid) since last 1 year and my no is 9231737609.
    On 22nd of this month I have made a recharge of Rs. 777 for unlimited uses and from then onwards I am unable to connect the internet. So, many complaints I have made to the customer care but no result has come from their end.

    Talking Disconnection of my Tata Indicom No.09234770505,even aftr submission of all documents

    I am user of Tata Indicom Mob No 9234770505 since 2005 & was happy with ur services. But suddenly i got a mesg that my documents r not completed so i need to take necessary action. the very next day I went to tata indicom outlet (Shop) & submitted Xerox copy of voter id, form & photo. even aftr submission of all docs my outgoing has been stopped/ banned. I m not getting what is the exact matter. Why such a big company is doing this silly mistake. I had submitted my docs to Tata Tele value shope, near sujata cinema hall, main road ranchi 834001

    Angry Unable to make outgoing calls

    I am user of Tata Indicom Mob No 9270365519. I am using this number since last 3 years. I got a message that my documents needs to be re-submitted for verification so I need to take necessary action. the very next day I went to tata indicom outlet (Shop) & submitted Xerox copy of voter Id & photo. even after submission of all docs my outgoing has been stopped/ banned. I m not getting what is the exact matter. Why such a big company is doing this silly mistake. I had submitted my docs to Tata Tele value shope, Agrawaal Telecomm in Kasba Peth. Please do the needful at earliest.

    Default Legal notice for unpaid dues after 1 year of disconnection

    Hi,
    with respect to the above details, i would like to say that i have received a legal notice from lok adalat regarding unpaid dues after 7-9 months of disconnecting the broadband connection.
    1: The letter is in Tamil and me not being a native of this place, can’t understand even a single word of the same.

    2: I have received the letter today (26th Sep, 2011). i request you to kindly send the same details in English.

    3: my current address has been changed, and before moving out of the previous place, i had called customer service a number of times and had asked to disconnect my connection and hence service of the same. I had to take this step on account of poor service and unsatisfactory speed of the photon's bandwidth.

    4: also, while getting the connections, i was offered several promotional products and was informed that i will be getting them separately within one week of activation. I kept on calling customer care number and retail office of photon and the agent from their office who billed me for the same. But none of them gave me what i was promised. All of them kept on moving the blame and responsibilities to each other.

    I was given only dates and assurance of delivery. And very soon the numbers of the agent and photon's office got changed without intimation.

    5: At last fed up of all these issues, i called customer care and asked them to disconnect the same as i was just wasting money and not getting anything in return. For the same , i got confirmation from the customer care that my connection has been disconnected. I too found the same to be true and stopped using the same. While the customer care executives kept on assuring me (over multiple phone calls) that my connection has been disconnected, i also enquired about bills and was clarified that as service is getting disconnected, hence no more bill.

    6: after that too i kept on getting calls from Tata photon regarding new connections and other products on offer. All the representatives would speak in Tamil, and me not being a native of Tamilnadu, could not understand what they were trying to say. I would request them: " Could U PLEASE SPEAK IN ENGLISH?" After which they would disconnect the call directly without even trying to say a word in English.

    7: now, after 8-9 month of that incident i am receiving a letter from lok adalat asking me to appear on 29th Sep. I have deleted all records of the same by now. When they had disconnected the connection......from where does this unpaid bill comes? When i didn’t use the wiz....how is the bill generated? n if the connection was not disconnected. Wasn’t it the fault of a number of customer care representatives who confirmed me that the connection has been disconnected?


    8: Kindly Get your system changed and update your representatives and prevent them from giving false information to customers. I had changed my address. Being a good human, i showed my gesture of giving my new address as even i was curious to know what i received after a year of disconnecting the connection. But this issue, including mental harassments caused to me is nothing, but a result of lack of proper information and responsibilities by your agents and customer. Care executives.


    9: Also I am going to be out of station from 29th Sep. to 17th oct,2011.and hence it shall be difficult for me to be present in court on the same .Kindly Clarify my above mentioned doubts and this situation, which in no way is caused due to me.

    Exclamation Wrong disconnection of land line :033 64534127

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I applied for disconnection of my mobile no:9230504230.But Tata Indicom has wrongly disconnected both my mobile & land line(no:9230504230 & 033 64534127 respectively).I have complained so many times on line to the customer care & to the Nodal officer-Kolkata since 10.04.12 for the restoration of land connection.Still it is not done,& everytime I write to them, they say that they require some more time to resolve the issue.My complaint no:305275349 dtd 12/04/2012 related to complaint for wrong disconnection of Tata Docomo Walky number 33-64534127.Please look into the matter & try to resolve it as early as possible.

    Angry Non replacement of handset with fm cordless phone

    Dear Sir/ Madam

    I am a customer of TATA Teleservices since many years.@ My@TATA Phone No. is 011-65262557.@ I am writing here to inform you of my dissatisfaction of your services, I am facing so many problems since one month.@

    Firstly, this is to inform you that I am using your handset since longtime, but nowadays some problems started to appear. The antenna of the phone is not working, also the voice clarity is zero which makes it difficult for me to talk. As this handset is very old and not in a condition to take it portably, so I requested your customer care team to replace this handset. I also went to your registered centers in Ashok Vihar & Cannaught Place but your sales staff are not even listening to our problem, they clearly told me that they don't have a new FM Cordless handset available with them, but if someone asks for new connection suddenly they are ready to give new handsets. This means that old customers are not valuable for you people. I am fed up of this handset. Now, you advise me that what will I do whit this plastic box.

    Secondly, I have complaint regarding this many times but of no use, I am very upset of your poor service. My attempts to resolve this issue over the phone & via multiple visits to your centers have been fruitless.

    I am writing to ask you to please make up the shortfall immediately and to ensure that such problem do not happen again in future.@ kindly look into this matter very seriously as i am very frustrated due to the service TATA provided & dissatisfaction. I would request that you confirm that you will replace my handset with new FM cordless phone within this week positively.

    I look forward to receiving your reply on this matter shortly.

    Hope you will understand my problem & do the needful in this regard.
